Me and my mom came in to get two services one full set and one fill in gel for both . I got plain coffin medium length. My mom got the fill in and wanted designers on each finger which she told the lady and we both asked how much it would be . They ignored us twice until I spoke up again and asked how much is both of our services gonna cost us. The lady started speaking another language rolling her eyes and I asked the guy who was doing my nails again how much our nails would be he responded and said she’s still calculating… mi d you she didn’t stop once she continued to do my moms nails . So I got upset and asked louder could she stop and inform us how much it cost the guy told me mine was 50 even I said ok how much is hers. The lady starting breaking Down 20 for fill in, 15 for design on each finger and 15 for gel polish which is 50 and $5 for a nail repair which is $55 she said ok cool. After we got done and it was time to pay the total for my mom’s nails the lady said $65 !? We said no you said 55 and we started breaking down the amount . They of course got attitudes and the guy said “I told you $55 too so atp I’m mad . I told me mom to pay what they quoted her originally and I payed my $50 and we left ? This place was freezing as well no heat in there and when I asked y they don’t turn on heat it’s winter he said if it’s not 70 degrees their products would evaporate ?♀️? and it’s two days later and my nail broke at my stress point they just need to shut it down if you wanna bad service all around be my guest lol

I don’t know about everyone else but I received the basic pedicure and she didn’t file my does. She didn’t push back my cuticle. When she polished my nails paint was all over my skin. No cuticle oil nothing. If I wanted a rush job I could of done it at home. I said nothing, I didn’t want to argue. But I will NEVER come back here. I work to hard for my money.

Never have I ever gotten a full set with gel polish & the gel lifted! Not even 2 weeks of getting my nails done at this place and the polish is coming completely off. Paid $115 total smh, never again! Y’all welcome.

Absolutely amazing experience. And so clean! I brought my daughter for her first pedicure and manicure and they treated her so well! The tech who did my mani pedi was so meticulous and detail oriented I loved it and will absolutely return.

So I’ve had nails on for a good little minute and now it’s time for a little break. I didn’t go to my home salon but I needed somewhere to get my nails soaked off and a quick manicure to hold me over until my vacation next month.. so I’ll break down my visit.Environment: … not going to lie it looks like a straight hole in the wall, old school nail salon. BUT the tools are kept clean and while servicing customers they do clean up pretty quickly.Service: TOP TIER service. The employees are a little older and SO friendly. You’re greeted at the door and my tech she really was so nice and gentle with my hands. She had no problems doing little adjustments for me. Everybody in there have such great and professional attitudes.Needless to say if I ever need a soak off, manicure, or pedicure and for some reason I can’t make it to my home salon, THIS is the place to go ?Services: Nail cut & filing

I got my nails done on 2/11/23. I'm very particular about full set, I like my nails to be done properly. The job is clearly rushed and way too thick. I don't mind paying for a good job, but they definitely not the place to go get your nails done. Also, They'd to redue my toes because the guy had put a thick layer of nail polish. If you like natural looking nails and a good color application THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. It seems that the lady was upset because I said no to gel polish. And I believe all Nail Salons should have a kids price chart, charging $25 for kids to just get their feet wet, a massage, a lil' polish and no cuticles cuts shoul cost less, kids paying $30 for a manicure with gel polish is ridiculously expensive, but this is not only them ALL SALONS SHOULD HAVE A KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF ??? A PRICE CHART!!! They're using way less products and the job is a lot easier. Overall I'm going to get my nails redone today.Services: Acrylic nails

Thus nail is horrible please do not go here the nail techs need to go back to school my feet and nails are ugly and I was in there 2hrs plus the tried to over charge me. Please stay away from this nail place.

This place used to be my favorite nail salon until recently when I went for a full set and a pedicure, I wasn’t pleased with the service and them charging me for a service I didn’t get. The younger lady charged me $85 for the two. I noticed that she also charged me for filing my nails and for the small amount of nail polish she used. It was $15 for gel polish on my toes and $15 gel gel polish on my fingers. The lady had the nerves to ask me to leave a tip… I looked at her like she had lost her mind. Her tip was in all the over chatging. By the way why is there a need to charge for filing your nails.., that should be part of getting a new set. I will never go there again and start back wearing my God given nails. It’s nothing but Greed and they will be rich why we can no longer afford their services. I wonder if all the technicians are licensed? Be careful don’t get ripped off by these money hungry people. It’s a shame!!!!Services: Acrylic nails
