I placed an order, very reasonably priced product. Was notified it had shipped and would require a signature to be delivered. Jumped through all the hoops for UPS to leave it without me being at home. UPS left a sticky note saying they couldn't leave it without someone to sign. Called GA, spoke to a nice gentleman who explained that they do required signature to cover badly handled packages. He said they would reach out to UPS to help make sure my box got delivered, and it did with no further delays a couple hours later. Will order from them in the future, exceptional customer service.

Employment wise...I was working for this company through the temp agency. My assignment was ended because it was said that I was not obtaining the information. Why it had to be me? Why it couldn't have been the trainer? I am a fast learner and pick up on things easily. Who can learn when the trainer is bouncing from task to task, switching up going back and forth with things instead of teaching one task at a time from start to finish?! That's the way you train. I never had this issue or had another employer to give this statement about me. I have had the opportunity to train new associates at one of my previous jobs and know how it should be.

My business has used Georgia Underground over the years but our most recent experience was awful. We ordered 9 pulling eyes (3 of each size) and when we received our shipment, one pulling eye was missing. All told, the 9 pulling eyes cost over $600 and the one missing was $55. My shop superintendent, who requested with items be ordered, called on a Friday and talked to Mike, the sales manager. Mike was incredibly rude and basically told him that we needed to look harder because his inventory was correct so there was no way we didn't get it. I called back the following Monday and talked to Mike, and he told me the exact same thing. I told him I wanted a new one or my money back and he told me that he would send one at a discounted rate, so basically I had to purchase the same thing again. He said we didn't look hard enough, it had to be there, there was no way his inventory was wrong....blah, blah, blah. Pretty much all but said it was our fault...all over $55. We will be using someone else from now on.

This place is trash!! The costumer service sucks **** I would not spending my money here. Wesley behind the desk needs to loose his jobe asap knowing I was in that place a couple weeks ago to get something and won't cover there trash product F this place.... DITCH WITCH is the way to go people bleed orange.
