Terrible employee attitude, called this morning with a parts number asked if they have it in stock, they say yes, I said ok I’ll stop by before you close and pick it up, I drive an hour I get here at 4:30 and he said he never told you we have it he said I told you my other store had it which is an hour away. And really bad attitude… not cool treating costumes that way, even if there was a missing understanding no need to have an attitude.

I showed up here 10 minutes before noon on a Saturday for some emergency parts and they locked the door on me and said we're closed. Terrible service. Does fleetpride know thier employees close early and turn away money?
