So I just witnessed a manager screaming at an employee. I didn't quite get what the situation was about but the fact that she ws screaming in the girls face was sickening. The girl looked young maybe teenage, either way she didn't deserve to be treated that way. Unprofessional and disguisting. I am a manager at the company I work for I couldn't imagine screaming at any of my employees. It's like what are you trying to prove lady? Oh cause you got your little management title it gives you the right to disrespect people? For a company that will replace you quick as they hired you? People are completely ignorant of what respect is and how it works. I dropped my items and kept my little money to spend elsewhere. I'm definitely reaching out to her higher leadership. Imagine she's willing to treat her own employees this way how do you think she will treat customers? She definitely doesn't deserve whatever position she's in. Completely disgusting.

This family dollar always closes before the actual closing time, and it’s an inconvenience for me. The store is always messy and it seems as if the employees always has an attitude. Please hire better management

I come here almost every single day built a bit of rapport with some of the cashiers I can tell they work really hard they always manage to put a smile on my face and make me laugh if I'm doing rough before I come in they can always help me find when I need and if I forget any of my possessions in the heat of the moment (I can be forget full lol) but I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and they have some pretty good food items and snacks I come hee for snacks all the time and their prices are so good compared to what's around it if I'm getting a quick bite

If I could give this store no stars I would give it to them. I came into this store twice yesterday 4/21/23 first no one was at the store counter ,no bell, and lack of customer service. The employee that came to the register had a nasty disposition about herself (bad spirit). Each time you come to this store and she’s at the register,she always have an attitude. Makes no sense!!

The manager Kita is rude and ghetto. The cashier Lisa confused and rude. The store dirty and cluttered with nothing because they offer no variety and missing a lot of basic staples…just close this place down already. For sure the worst family dollar I’ve ever seen.

They open at 8am but I get here at 820 door is locked white lady let the bread man out and locked the door back I watched 10 people come pull on the door and leave she seen me pull on the door looked at me threw her finger up went to the back they didn't open until 840am if you open at 8am thats false advertising I have to be to work this is the closest family dollar next time I go to the other one.

This store is never stocked, poor customer service and never have any thing on the floor but in boxes. This store is unclean, and very long wait lines. New management is truly a must.

No buggies for shopping and hand baskets are behind so you can't really do too much shopping. Just for coming in to pick up a few items. Not for doing any shopping like the other stores.
