OK, where do I start this company corresponding or online platform is so out of date you don't get any communication about your policy you can't go online and pull your policy you can't pay online and I am so upset with these people because they send me a letter saying that my policy will be canceled 2 days before that cancellation date, now nobody is sent me a email and then they sent a letter saying to my policy will be canceled they don't have no kind of amount or anything in this letter looks tight no letterhead these people need to get modernized you know I don't have a problem with this company I've been with them 3 years but I do miss Miss Johnson I wouldn't have this issue with this company I will get my policy back and force but I am not happy with these people

Friendly, knowledgeable company Mrs.Johnson met me and my dad once and knows my voice on the phone she is a wonderful person.
