I was having a challenging day when I dropped my phone at work. I was greeted by a warm smile, Maria who explained the products and Jazmin who was very tech savvy. Their were very patient with me. As a senior they understood my frustration. Thank you guys for fixing the problem and your excellent customer service skills. Forest Park Cricket is the place to go for a warm and caring Cricket experience.

I'm giving this place 5 stars bc of the exceptional customer service of Ms. Jazmin. I came by the store on 08-01-2022 with a hard issue for me, but a simple issue for her. Not only did she fix my problem, she told me step by step how to do it myself. I was grateful after going to a sister store, & being told that I had to return to the store, where I purchased my phone. Not only did Ms. Jasmin help me with that phone issue, I had another issue with another phone, & she allowed me to bring it in on her next working day & she would help me. I thought she was lying, but I stopped by after training & she was right there, just a courteous as the first day. It all your employees were as helpful. She made me want to come back. My next phone, I will be purchasing from Ms. Jasmin. Thank you.
