Company Sent me here for one pallet of freight and at check in they gave me the paperwork before loading the freight.I tell you it been over a hour and they just sent a truck to the dock that just got here. But couldn't load one pallet on me so I could finish my other picks on my ltl route in the forest park area This place is a waste of time. I know next time to come to these folks lasts my other customers shouldn't have to be penalized for this business slowness

There are 2 sides: Shipping...easily accessible from Sprindale then Central ave, then receiving (sign still says shipping) accessible from Dixie hwy (hwy 19). You can also enter receiving from Springdale but you'll see the shipping sign (which is actually receiving) b4 you get to the stop sign(Central av)

Enter from Springdale Rd. Exit on Dixie Hwy. park at the end of the lot farthest away from McDonald’s. Check in at shipping office by door 1 at the corner of the building by McDonald’s. A little tight to get in dock if trailers are dropped in front of docks but it’s very difficult if someone parks there and stays hooked to their trailer. Nice people.

Now called Treehouse Foods. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment. They were still pulling product. At least 5 trucks ahead of me so I had a bit of a wait. Once in door, loaded and out in around 30minutes. Friendly staff. You can park here to finish a break, just not many spots to park. Good thing is CAT scale less than block away. small lot, their trailers spotted across from docks, backing in can be a chore if going between 2 trucks
