This place is a scam, unprofessional as it gets, BE WARNED! Theres a reason why they have so many 1 star reviews. Told to come back in 5 days for my purchase, I come back in 5 days, then told come back in another 7, I come back in another 7, then was told I was all good but now they wanna hold it for 7 days and to come back in another week to finally pick up. Went out of town for work for 2 weeks and come back to them now telling me I have to start the whole process over again because it's been 30 days. You know, im good, I'd rather just have my money back at this point and go somewhere that's professional instead of this janky place. However they refused to give me my money back. Be warned! Go somewhere else. This place is nothing but a SCAM!! Let this place go out of business and get shut down. The community would be a much better place without it!
To the people at the business,... lowlife thiefs. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Do something other than scamming people that try to bring you business.

My momma bought a stove here and went to pick it up. They tried to give her a broke down, dirty, old stove like it was nothing. She bought a pretty much brand new fridgeaire. They were acting like they didnt know what happened to her stove. The manager, Tia, ignored us when we asked to speak, and was just rude. They tried to play us and then acted dumb when we caught them. Dont come here. Seriously. There are better pawn shops in the area.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time going here. The fat black girl that works there is extremely rude she has no respect. And say they not excepting whatever you bring. I’m writing because I’ve seen her do it to several customers.

1 star is too much honestly. First I brought in a trio wedding set that was $2k when purchased and has recently as of 08/2022 been inspected and cleaned at Zales For a value of $1,200 with paperwork and lifetime warranty. I was told it’s not gold. I was recently at another pawn shop a few weeks ago and it passed all inspections just fine I just didn’t like their offer. I’m lost as to how it was purchased as gold and somewhere down the line it is said it is no longer gold anymore? I had the paperwork on hand and the man didn’t even want to look at them. It would have been easier to say you don’t want to give me the amount I was looking for than to lie and say it wasn’t gold. I came with paperwork and still didn’t want to look. Rip off. I try not to leave reviews especially bad ones but I looked at previous reviews and was hoping for a better experience.

I would give this place a higher review but since I can't get nobody to and the phone my review is lower than I would have put I've tried calling them for 12 minutes nothing but a busy signal no ringing at all they must be talking on a business phone.
