The lady behind the counter is horrible she informed me that I'm not smart enough to pump gas because there's nothing wrong with her number seven that I'm incompetent and I cannot pump gas I've never seen such a crazy person in a job that deals with people somebody needs to be held accountable somebody needs to be fired of course her but whoever hired her and keeping her own after all these comments about her needs to be fired immediately I will never come back to this gas station I have a video of her craziness I was trying to purchase $47 in fuel

This morning I went inside of the location to buy some things and the lady be hide the counter was so rude. She grabbed my drink out of my hand after I told her I would not like her to put my stuff and a bag. I told her to hand me my change so I can go. And she just kept going on. If you don’t have great customer service she shouldn’t work here. Look on your camera on how your employee acts when you not around.

I stop here almost daily, my grown kids stop here often as well... Local, convenient and friendly. Tonya is great... I found out that she left a few months ago and stopped going! One day I went into another store and there she was ...so we started going there... I'm so glad she's back and I hope y'all realize what a valuable asset she is.. dedicated, hardworking, intelligent... the best! ?

1:47 PMWednesday, July 13, 2022There is a old Cau-casian lady who refused to give me a refund on an expired naked smoothie. Prior to speaking with her, i talked to a younger lady the day before about this issue, and she prompted me to bring back the smoothie even if the bottle was empty.I told her that i threw it away, but in reality it was in my freezer and i decided to take it back the next day for a refund (an item exchange).Thats when this older lady (what i believe to be racially motivated), looked at me and the smoothie with disgust and refused to speak with me, or give me a refund because "it was in the trash"She claims to have heard the conversation me and the younger lady spoke about with getting the refund, and I asked her to look at the label to check if its expired (it was, and expired over 7 days after i bought it), but she prompted to call the police. I even prompted her that it was not in the trash, and to look at the bottle, as it was literally still ice crystals from being in the freezer.This is unacceptable. If i do not receive an appropriate response or a refund i will report this location for various code and health violations. Id advise to fire the old lady as looking at these comments tell me its not the first time.If the owner would like, contact me at switchhofficial at Gmail.com

If I could give no stars I would. The lady that works front counter is ignorant and inconsiderate. She went off on me because my sister didn't want the cup of coffee due to not having any lids. She snatched the chips away from me and told me to leave . I gave her a piece of my mind .not the end..................

I went to play lottery the lady that worked there is so rude so I asked her was she not having a good morning she told me to get out the store she said that did not have to sell me anything so I was like is this really happening right now you would she owns the store one day she's going to run her mouth to the wrong person her customer service sucks

The lady in there was rude and refused to serve me because I enter with a therapy dog, and was told I had to take dog out even though it a service animal, so I put her in car and cracked the windows, went back in a the lady said I am not serving you, I said just to clarify you're refusing to serve me, and I need your name. She ignored me and went to back of store.As you can tell her vet is a little big and that's why she wasn't wearing it.
