Very bad customer service I came in with my children desperate for a phone . She did not try to help me in any type of way !!! She didn’t mention and deals offers or anything.

Horrible customer service. We were trying to get a replacement Xfinity prepaid box and had to call them. She went on break in the middle of the sale and had an attitude when we tried to get clarification from her for the Xfinity rep on the phone because we were interrupting her lunch. She was the only one there. Wild. ? We got the box elsewhere.

Very bad service lady who is thier has a child thier and that not good cuz you don't see people bringing thier kids to work . Either it a phone store or a daycare.

So on June 24th 2022 I purchased a phone Motorola phone from boost Mobile at Jonesboro road and horse Park in the plaza. Whenever I go home I tried to put all my stuff on my phone and it would not connect, so later on I decided to let it finish charging all the way to 100%, it took forever, which it should have considered it was a $300 brand new phone. I returned to the boost the very next day and spoke with the lady about the phone she proceeded to finish charging the phone on her charger. So then a couple three days later I returned and let her know that the phone was still not fixed she then turned around and called Motorola , Motorola informed her that they was not responsible for the phone being so I was not the one who purchased the phone from Motorola that she was responsible for the phone. The lady informed me that I could take the phone down to Fayetteville to get someone to look at it I told her no I would not do that. So she spoke with the gentleman at boost and hey then again told her they were not responsible she was. She and I a had a few words but she had her 7-month-old child with her so I decided not to argue with the lady. But she has very very bad customer service and not to mention that she is responsible for the phone because she is the one who purchased the phone. Unfortunately boost was not able to do anything for me what a bad rating and I've been with boost for 15 years I will consider changing my phone service thank you
