Don't come to this place to get your iPhone fixed . they don't give you the originally iPhone screen ,so your screen messes up. For example: the screen seems like you have water on the screen and it disabled my phone for 15 minutes a lot of times. so to save your money and time don't come here, i learned my lesson.

If you want great customer service this is the place to go...My kids laptop crashed and after taking it to best tek it is running even better than before.The young lady at the desk was very helpful and explained everything to me ..I am not a computer person at all but now I know the place to go if I have any problems .

I cracked my screen on my iPhone 7. The glass was broken all over but the phone still functioned perfectly fine. I cracked it on Thursday morning and continued to use it all the way up until Saturday afternoon and there were absolutely no issues with my phone during this time. So I took it to best tek and had them replace the screen for $120. I got my phone back in about 40 minutes and I was excited to have it back they even through in a screen protector for five bucks for me getting the phone repaired there. Everything was going fine until Saturday night when all of a sudden my touch screen stopped working completely causing me to have to do a soft reset. When the phone came back on the screen was being weird (pressing buttons even when I wasn't touching the phone, I'll press something and nothing happens but the button will seem as though it's been pressed) so I called them on Monday (they are closed Sunday) and told them about the issue and the gentleman who answered the phone seemed as though he had an attitude with me like it was my fault the screen they put on had been acting up. I told him I would come in on Wednesday (Tuesday was the 4th of July) so they could change it out. I get there Wednesday and they changed out my screen and I went to work. I get to work and sure enough the new screen they put on stops working as well so I call and tell them I'm coming back Thursday. Thursday I get there and they switch out my screen for the third time and at first it seems like its going to work but I leave the store and get five minutes down the road when the phone touch screen stops working. I turn around and go back and finally just get a refund for the screen. I took the phone to apple had to have them fix it for $130. This was too much of a hassle for me. The young lady that worked there's customer service was impeccable though
