“I have had a phenomenal experience at the Forest Park branch of Bank of America with Ms. Renee Oxley, Senior Banker, who not only helped me unravel a recurrent problem with repetitive fraud notices on a Business Account in a second location of my Medical Practice on the other side of Atlanta, but she was very patient with me as a non-customer of Bank of America's branch in Forest Park spending all the time and effort that I needed to solve the above-mentioned original problem.
