Having been a member for a year, I am very happy with this gym. It has tons of nice, clean and well maintained equipment. The staff is friendly and seem to be constantly cleaning. The place even smells clean. I paid extra for the hydro bed. In the past I have often had a lot of back and neck pain. But since using the bed a few times a week, I am pain free. I highly recommend this location of workout anytime.

Ok. Guess I'll bite. How long does it really take to get your water fountains fixed??? I mean it's only been 3 years. Wtf? Break down and spend a dollar to maintain your investment.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I cancelled Over a year ago, and they’ve continued to charge me. I put a stop payment and now am being threatened with to collections. Called them about it a week ago, the lady said she’d take care of it. Now I have another email saying I owe A late fee for the payments that were stopped (AFTER ID CANCELLED A YEAR AGO). Lady today told me she refuses to wave the fees. What a racket.**edit in response***It was mentioned MULTIPLE TIMES on my first call that I had already cancelled prior. The response by this industry saying it wasn’t is either proof of negligence of your customer service or lack of integrity in a blatant lie…. 0 stars is all too well deserved. Especially when I called the home business (as instructed by your customer care to try and further fix the problem…of course no one ever picked up the phone).

This sign is absurd. No sports bras or compression shorts? Seriously? This is suggestive/offensive? This is GYM FASHION. I’d be more concerned about the creepy men that frequent your gyms and prey on the teen girls there. You’ve lost my business.

Join because it’s a few doors down from where I work. When I get some free time I walk down there hop on for 15 minutes and leave again. So I’m there several times during the week. It is always clean and everyone is always friendly. It is small, but gets the job done!

I take my two children to the gym I just accompany them I don't do exercises Due to medical conditions I don't understand why they charge me for the membership of the three and the monthly payment of the three if only the two of them are the ones who do the exercises they charge me only for accompany them I do not understand that stop me that they should review it thanks

I've been to many different gyms, different types of gyms too. From lifetime to LA Fitness, neighborhood gyms and Powerhouse.This place has what you Need. Maybe not a ton of amenities, but for the category it fits in, it is fairly well suited. If you want to know, they do have a rack. Only one, but they do have a rack, which was my main concern when looking.Not too busy either in June of 23' at least.Recently, I lost my Whoop, and Skylar was able to find it and even called to let me know. She was very sweet and so has been the other staff.This is a non prompted review!

As a member since (around) 2018, I give the morning members a 5 star rating as they are what make Workout Anytime a positive place to workout. It made up for the long wait for equipment to be repaired or replaced. Or when the cleaning was lax. The gym and GM- only a 2 star rating. Unfortunately, the gym is now into body shaming members (more specifically the younger ones as per the GM) by posting a sign on what is not “allowed”. In talking with the GM- the pics are not what the issue was geared towards, nor was it a corporate directive, but a personal one by the owners. These types of ambiguous signs create a toxic and negative environment. For which I did not want to see upon entering and gently placed down so as not to see it. No sign has ever been posted (to my knowledge) that members are not to let other people in (even if trying to be nice) during non-staff hours- as was the case on Feb 3. Braselton police were called as a man was sleeping in the hydro- therapy massage room. Per the Braselton police, they have been called many times and are familiar with the GM. Fortunately, my membership was cancelled, and as you can tell by Workout Anytimes comments in less than stellar reviews, that is the negative and aggressive environment when the management is present. Gyms are a dime a dozen. Find one that promotes inclusiveness and positivity. Because it is not this one.EditIn response to the owner's comment on my review: At best, the gym would have earned a 3 star. This falls under the rating of the gym was acceptable and satisfactory. Average.The owner's response has proven my point on the aggressive nature of the management team. As I only received one email marked 2nd notice, I would ask that the gym forward the original email. As a member of over 5 years at Workout Anytime (and over 30 years in 5 gyms in the state of Georgia which changed due to location), with the exception of the issue with the sign and the negativity and body shaming it promoted, have I had an issue with management or my status as a member. Yes, I gently put the sign face down as it interfered with my workouts and created a hostile and toxic environment. At no time was the sign damaged or vandalized. As it stands, this gym deserves a 1-star rating because of managements poor attitude and lack of care regarding its members. It definitely does not follow the values of the Workout Anytime Franchising Systems. Additional ratings, such as Yelp rank it from 6 reviews at 2.5/5, Google reviews 3.7/5, and a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau.The markings of a good company are one that does not attack its customers and stays professional and courteous when responding to negative reviews. Of which you fail on all accounts.

I have been trying to get a hold of this location for 2 months now to cancel my membership. I have moved out of the country and keep getting charged! I have called countless amount of times during staff hours and left a message with no responses. Please please please get back to me and I will take down my 1 star review!UPDATE: My mother indeed contacted you 2 months ago (to avoid international call fees for me) and originally was not able to write down the name of the website to cancel membership, so it wasn’t given to her, and she said would call back to get it. We have now both been trying to call for 2 months and getting no answer. This is terrible customer service! A total of $80 I have now lost due to you not picking up your phone during staff hours nor calling back after leaving message.

I worked out for about 30 minutes on a treadmill then went to walk locker room but ran into a phone sitting on a tripod recording everyone on the treadmills. This lady asked me to set it back up but I just ignored her.

Id like to first state that I’ve been a frequently visiting member since 2015. Over the last couple of years, like with any gym, equipment and machines are going to need to be updated or repaired. This gym has been, let’s say, sub par in that category. This morning, my friend and I were having a quiet conversation about several different machines broken or out of service, dumbbells missing, and the general uncleanliness… about 10 minutes later, the GM confronts me about my prior conversation and gave me lip service about how it takes time and etc… Then, this lady says “do you have anything to say to me?” Why yes… I’d like to cancel my membership…what an absolute shame, too. If you want to start working out or switching to a new gym and want a facility that cares enough about it’s members and provides a supportive clean atmosphere, Stay away from this place. I really think the GM (TAMMIE) is only interested in running off people that actually use the facility.

Small but they have everything you would need. I've seen the staff be rude to customers and the one time I needed a new card they were not nice about it. But once you sign up you really don't have to talk to anyone that works there anymore.In response to the owner:I'm sorry you must have me confused, I am not married and do not have a child either. I haven't been there in over a year but am still a member and have been paying dues. Just want to make it clear that your response must be for a different experience you had with someone else named "James".

I have been to many gyms in my life and this is the worst I have ever experienced. The flowery branch location is horrible! The manager is very rude . she is rude to employees and customers in front of other customers. One of the many times she was rude to my family I told her I was going to contact the corporate office about the way she talks to customers and she said "oh go ahead, I am part owner??" Maybe she is part owner because I could not imagine an owner allowing an employee like this to manage their gym!Not only is the manager rude to us many times , we cancelled our membership and they continue to bill us and sent my kids to collection agencies??? We have tried to cancel membership ( they say no contract) and they try to continue to charge you even if you cancel membership. And they will turn you into collection agency and mess up your credit even if you follow all appropriate steps and good luck discussing with manager, she is a useless! Read many comments below, many people continue to be charged and mess up credit no matter what they do to cancel. If you live in flowery branch area DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM, Body Plex is down street and it is super clean , nicer gym in general a lot more equipment and employees so nice / excellent customer service! I would rate the flowery branch location negative stars if that was allowed!

When you have time to kick out some teens just having fun and working out with their friends at 10:30pm at night because one of them didn't have a membership. You don't offer nightly passes even though it would be as simple as installing a kiosk or adding a feature to your website. Then you don't have 10 minutes in the day to fix the lock on the bathroom door? It's been a week like seriously?Edit: I apologize I didn't realize there was a nightly pass. 3 stars instead of 2 now.

My wife and I moved. Tried canceling our memberships twice. I call the office and they said that I had to go on a website. I told them I did. She said she had no record of that. I said I was gonna report it as credit card fraud. The lady said that she would turn it into collections. This place is a scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before going. It seems I am not the only one they have try to steal money from. If I have any advice please just go next-door and do not use these people. If anyone is looking for a real gem go to the Iron beast barbell club or brick house. That is a real gem. They will not steal your money and try to charge your card every month. Staff is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. STAY AWAY!!!!! Read the other reviews. 3.7 rating should tell you something. Do not give them bank information.
