Join because it’s a few doors down from where I work. When I get some free time I walk down there hop on for 15 minutes and leave again. So I’m there several times during the week. It is always clean and everyone is always friendly. It is small, but gets the job done!

I've been going here for several years after having 2 knees and a hip replaced. The gym is always clean, the 24 hour availability with membership is great and the staff has always been kind and helpful. The staff has normal business hours and I never have had a problem reaching them during those hours.

I've been going here for roughly 2 years, and I have to say that this location is by far one the cleanest ans consistent in terms of staffing and pleasant atmosphere. Bathrooms are always clean, the gym itself is always clean, and the staff is nice.Blows the Buckhead location out of the water.
