“Was taking care of some phone issues at Verizon (located next door to the Vitamin Shoppe). Unfortunately our car wouldn't start, seemingly transmission troubles. The folks at the Vitamin Shoppe checked in on us multiple times while we were waiting for the wrecker and asked if we needed help. We weren't their customers or anything, they were just being good samaritans. Ironically, the Verizon staff where we had just purchased a new phone didn't pay us the least attention, didn't ask if we were alright. They ignored us as they closed up shop and headed to their cars. It was truly striking. Thank you to The Vitamin Shoppe for just being good people, even to those who weren't even your customer at the time. We certainly will be in the future!”
