I can’t understand how or why do you have to make a mistake and put your package in another’s person MailBox. Total Stupidity. I just lost $51 worth in clothes that I didn’t received, but it was delivered. Confirmed by the manager -I spoke in person- he confirmed to me in my face that the package was put in a wrong mailbox and I was told I could check later because they’ll fix the mistake. I waited until next day to check and no package. I’m taking this complaint to the highest management. I live in a community were ALL THE TIME my neighbors are missing packages and letters. This has to stop. It’s not only me having this issue. My whole community is always dealing with missing mail, I find letters for other people in my mailbox and off course I always deliver to them, but not everyone does it. Some people trash their mail, this is an ongoing issue and for that I placed a complaint to consumer affairs this morning. I don’t care anymore about my package, all I want to is being able to TRUST my United States Mail service and be confident that I will get my correspondence. Please do something. Thanks

I cannot say enough about Jessica at the Flowery Branch Post Office! She spent over 20 minutes digging through a HUGE box (probably 5’ tall & 5’ wide) to find my package that had taken a trip around the world (it seemed)! I appreciate her willingness to go to so much trouble for me!❤️Cyndy Crites

They don’t know how to properly ship to international addressed then get annoyed with you because you want to ship something. Very poor customer service please retrain on international .

The staff here are so kind. I have an etsy shop and come in almost every week to drop off a ton of orders, and the staff has never seemed annoyed by the quantity of packages I bring and they always treat them with care. I appreciate you guys!
