I had a fantastic experience with UPS. After placing my inquiry through their website, I was promptly contacted by Raj, who was incredibly diligent in getting me a quote and explaining the entire process. He made everything clear and straightforward, and paying over the phone was a breeze. I had a relatively large shipment, and UPS offered the best price I could find. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended!

They charge you to tape up the Amazon returns!!! They wanted $1 per package to re-tape the boxes closed. The employee said that it’s up to the owner if they charge for such services. Shame on you for charging people for tape. You are contracted with Amazon to take care of their customers.
Edit to add: I called Amazon and filed a complaint against this location and they will be doing a formal investigation. The UPS store is not supposed to charge customers for packaging Amazon returns ever.
