Jordan South. Jordan is the reason I give this store a 10 out of 10. Today, August 22, 2024, I went into this store to print out some documents and send them to the recipient. Despite all the workload that was happening in the store at that time, I mean an aggressive old grandfather who could not figure out his desires, a girl who wanted to return Amazon parcels and did not speak English well, all the time talking about her child crying in the car, a queue that began to accumulate due to the lack of help for Jordan. This employee was extremely calm and very kind to everyone who was in the store. He helped the girl return the Amazon parcels, quickly allowing her to return to her child, helped the grandfather figure out how to print his musical notes, helped me with sending documents to the right address, which I entered incorrectly twice. He was polite and very qualified with maximum dedication and customer focus. I am sincerely grateful for his work and his attitude towards customers. This is what I come and return to UPS for.

Store #4611 I was charge $3.48 for them to print an Amazon label. On the receipt says 15min computer use which it took them less than 30second to print the label I guess the rest of the time 14 min and 70 seconds are theft of service?? $.25 for full service copies.

I always have a pleasant experience at this UPS store! All of the staff are consistently friendly, patient, and very helpful. Even when the store becomes busy with customers toward the end of the day, the staff seem to alway have a smile of their face. There have also been multiple times when an employee runs over to open the door for me when my hands are full of packages. I really appreciate the customer service at this location!

The manager, Michael, made it a point to comment to other customers about my confusion using the Amazon return kiosk for the first time, stating “it’s really very simple. It’s not difficult.” Upon retrying the process without success, he further commented that I had “janked it up.” After then waiting to speak with him one on one regarding how unprofessional and offensive his comments had been, he proceeded to argue and defended his actions. It was a degrading experience and the last I will have at this location.

every time I walk into the store. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. I needed help with my Amazon return, and they explained everything to me so I was able to do it myself. I wish I remembered the name of the man that helped me he was awesome but every time I go in there everyone's very nice I recommend this UPS to all my friends and family

I’ve used the office # 4611 on Spout Springs and on several occasions had the good fortune of getting Tyrone as my cashier. He is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.Bill N from Reflections.

Worse customer service experience ever. Typically use a different UPS store and for now on always will! Returning Amazon packages and when walking through the door Michael (horrible attitude behind the desk) immediately says “did you run out of tape” in a snarky way. My box was not taped just like the other two customers that came in after me with Amazon packages, yet he said nothing to them. Michael had a nasty attitude and was full of smart a$$ comments.Terrible experience.
