I hired True Service Moving after a miscommunication with my preferred mover. Travis was very nice, very helpful and gave me a great price. I should have known better when his team showed up almost 2 hours late in a UHaul truck. They looked like they had just gotten out of jail. One if them had a serious anger management problem! Since I renovated my house before actually unpacking, I am just now finding all the damage from my boxes being thrown into the back of the truck, not to mention my furniture being scratched from not using moving blankets! And of course, they have you sign a contract agreeing to not hold them responsible for damage! If you're interested in unpacking shards of glass and ruined furniture give them a call!

We moved from flowery branch to Gainesville and had (yes) Tom and jerry (lol - really) as our movers. They literally worked hard, took great care as to not damage our belongings and were true professionals unlike the last service I used to move me which sent a group of young teens that complained and broke or damaged quite a few of my possessions. I was so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism because I find it hit or miss with moving companies and wanted to share my experience was nothing less than incredible. We had not one item damaged. NOTHING!! If you’re looking for a moving service, I would highly recommend calling Travis. I still have a storage unit to move and I will be using them again to help me empty it once we get our house settled into. Thank you Travis, Tom and Jerry for a very successful move.

I'm so happy I found True Service Moving for our agency. We are a local nonprofit assisting people with developmental disabilities, so when they are moving into a group home we staff, they don't have much to spend. We want to make sure their transition from one place to another is as smooth as possible. Travis and his crew were punctual, professional, friendly, and so reasonable to work with. Other big name movers quoted me $200 more for the same job AND wanted to add hundreds more for junk removal. Travis listened to what we needed done and figured out how to do it for a price I could hardly believe. In addition, they were kind and respectful to the women in the home, and that means a lot to us. We know that not all people out there have the decency or common sense to treat the developmentally disabled with common courtesy and respect, but his crew was great. Travis and True Service Moving are going to be our go-to moving company from here on out!

I got quotes from five different moving companies, and these guys were FAR more reasonable than any of the others! The movers were strong and fast and very very nice, and very diligent to stack everything nicely and strap it real good and use a lot of blankets to make sure things weren’t scratched. I will definitely hire them again and refer them to my friends and family!
