This is the second time I have left this location seriously upset.I work retail as a store manager so I like to think I get how hard retail can be.However I also see good and bad customer service.I went to get mulch, (as did half my area today).15 bags which is a larger amount. You can pay at the checkout and drive up show your receipt to usually nice associates who load it in your car.I pulled up they took my receipt and started putting the bags in. Then another associate starts helping and loud enough for me to hear says "could have backed up so we didn't have to walk 20 feet." I looked in my rear view and he was giving me a horrible look.What! I had NO idea where to park for "his convenience." How would I know where the mulch is??,So I turned around and said ." Ohhhh you want me to back up cause I will."He stopped kind of caught off guard I answered. Said "it's too late now." Turned walked off leaving the other nice man to finish.Wow. I have never felt so disrespected at a store.All anyone needs to do is say "excuse me, the mulch you want is back a bit, do you mind backing up?"So passive aggressive and disrespectful. Basically being angry about doing his job and complaining to my face like I had done something wrong.If this wasn't so close to my home, I would never ever come to this location again.

I went in today to buy DAP Extreme Stretch caulk. I needed 12 tubes and because they were not in a closed box they customer service representative would not match the contractor's price that says if you buy 12+ tubes it is at a cheaper rate. Had I bought less than 12, I would've paid the higher price. The customer service rep that had the ability to change the price said that we don't match Home Depot.com prices. After she and I stood there for 15 mins in complete silence, she finally said, "I'll do it just one time." I have never had this problem price matching with the online version before, ever. Many she just needs to be educated thoroughly with Home Depot practices. Customer service is a real issue. I understand hiring employees is a challenge, but Home Depot should invest in their current employees. Here's and idea. It may be a good idea to invest in team building for customer service and hire a professional that is familiar with Maslow's hierarchy of human needs to educate your employees.

If service is what you expect, keep driving passed Home Depot -Flowery Branch. You can never find anyone who wants (or asks) to help you. IF you do find what you're looking for, you will be checking yourself out while staff audits your cashier experience. If you need to do a return, had paid cash and misplaced receipt, you will not find help at Flowery Branch. IF you go to Buford HD, they actually try to help you and retain your business. If it weren't for Buford H.D., I would be frequenting Lowes! Flowery Branch HD- Horrible Service, Horrible Management!

I purchased 30 bags of mulch and when I attempted to pick up the mulch, they were out. I was told to go inside and return what I purchased and get the other brand, for inventory purposes. When I attempted to switch out the brands, they said I needed ID, which I didn't have. This was 8 minutes after I purchased the mulch. They required me to show ID to fix their mistake. Connie, the manager was of no help. Now, I have to come back again when they have more stock. So much for customer service. The good news is , LOWES has mulch on sale.

We were assured by the rep at the time of purchase that we could change ANYTHING about the order at any time for any reason if we needed to. Worst appliance buying experience you could imagine. My wife and I spent over $4,000 on all new appliances for our new home. Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Stand up freezer, you name it. We were assured by the rep at the time of purchase that we could change ANYTHING about the order at any time for any reason if we needed to. So when we had to change houses because the builder couldn't complete the home we were currently under contract to purchase on time and we called to have the delivery address changed to the new house we expected it to be an easy task. Unfortunately it was not. We were told that we couldn't do that. The delivery was still 11 days away, it's not like it was a next day delivery. In fact, Home Depot's solution was to "just meet the truck at the other house and transport the items to the new home yourself." What a joke. We were supposed to get a phone call from the manager after he checked his options. As I'm sure you can imagine, that never came. We'll be taking our $4,000 elsewhere. Not to mention the materials we have to purchase for the detached garaged we are building as soon as we move in. I'll never step foot in the Home Depot in Flowery Branch again. If I could give negative stars I would.

Asked about price matching an item from Lowe’s that turned out to be a different model and did not qualify, not a big deal my mistake because they looked identical. Manager gets this nasty attitude and asks if I want this item or if I want to go to Lowe’s?! Don’t offer price matching if you’re gonna have a nasty attitude about it when people ask to match your competition!

Bought a heater here 1yr ago. I bought the extra protection plan. 1yr later it quit working, I filed a claim that's when everything went downhill!!! First they wanted more and more paperwork, receipt for product, receipt for plan(which showed on the warranty web site because I registered it when I bought it)after supplying them with this , I heard nothing. Finally reached someone the told me my claim as approved and a gift card would be sent to my e-mail. Waited,waited, no gift card. Called back then was told I would have to send this massive heater back, after being told by 3 different ppl to just trash it!! Good thing I didn't. When still didn't get my refund called back again and was told to send it back. This is a complete runaround DO NOT BUy from them!! This is a scam!!!
