Four employees were loudly gossiping behind the counter in a circle and never acknowledged me. I stood there, waiting to be called to pay for my items for several minutes, listening to them bad mouth people, when finally, a fifth employee saw me and called me up to pay. The other girls never even turned around and just kept gossiping. That poor employee had to do everything by herself.

Waited for 20 mins for someone at the jewelry counter with several other patrons. I even called the store to ask someone to come to the jewelry counter. A young lady came, said there wasn’t a cash register and left. I simply wanted to buy a necklace. She never came back. There were was not a long line at the registers, and there were several people working all wrong the store. 30 mins waiting.

This store is well taken care of.
I try and avoid weekends and mid-day because unfortunately customers can quickly ruin the employees organization. Then I find myself fixing clothes, or whatnot, as I go lol
Other than that, I’ve never had a bad experience with employees, they’re either really nice or mind their own business. Plenty to choose from.

Last Tuesday I visited this location and the sweetest lady named Nydia in the fitting room made it the best experience! She made very good recommendations and helped me pick out a beautiful outfit for a special dinner. Very friendly and outgoing! She is the reason I will be back.

The ‘older’ lady working the fitting rooms are constantly rude. I go here often and I get her often. Its to a point where I want to avoid the fitting rooms. Please get someone else in there she doesn’t have the ability to work with customers. 5/17 am shift!

There is a very pleasant lady that works in the fitting room, Nydia.
She is very friendly and attentive to the customers. She always has a good attitude and smile for her clients. I am a senior citizen, and she even offers to carry my items into the fitting room for me! She goes above and beyond. It is so rare to see this genuine customer service any more. She is a treasure.

My wife calls us 'Maxxinistas'. Name brands at a fraction of the price. I'm wearing a Calvin Klein coat for $29.00 that sells for $135.00 at the department stores at the mall.I love the Australian Eucalyptus Honey I couldn't find elsewhere. Evert time we visit TJ Maxx is a new adventure in shopping and selection. JIM
