**UPDATE- THEY CURRENTLY DON'T HAVE A STORE MANAGER. SO YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF UNSUPERVISED KIDS RUNNING THIS STORE!! Yikes...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DRIVE TO BUFORD! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE. After the experience I had tonight, I will NEVER give another penny to this location.I had to pick up an order I placed online. Super quick transaction. I knew they closed at 6pm. I did not expect to get to the store at 5:55pm and the door to be locked, zero associates in the store. I knocked on the door multiple times, no answer. I called multiple times, no answer. I left a voice-mail before 6pm for the manager to call me. Then I waited to see who was working and ignoring an opportunity for the store to make money. Just as I figured, two girls walked to the front after 6pm. I knocked on the door, they pretended not to see me. I walked back to my car and my daughter saw their disrespectful hand motions they displayed in my direction. Absolutely infuriating. The level of spoiled brat that is our current workforce is pathetic. Teach your kids better people. I cannot wait to talk to the manager and show her the video I took. I know the cameras showed their actions also. I have more respect than to show up right before closing to shop. But having them hand me my 2 items they already pulled would have taken 45secs tops. I own a business and I would fire these 2 girls immediately for any one of these behaviors. The problem is even the managers don't want to work harder so there will probably be zero discipline for fear of hurting feelings, angry parents, or having to work the hours themselves. Just plain disappointing.

Always shopped here. Nomore, not again! Young lady with brite reddish hair, short cut n piercing s. First off waited almost 20 minutes past opening time to get in...then she rudely asked about me having a mask...not hello, not good morning, sorry you stood out n came to door several times before I even acknowledged you ma'am. So I walked right on in ...shelves not to well stocked n messy..never seen this store this way...and most other clerk's always ask, May I help you...so I spoke good morning to her. .she refused to speak...had to ask for item I couldn't find. The reply I got was no we don't have any, could be in back ! What? What? On me I'm staying out of this place...found a hugh beauty supply with a hugh selection. In Buford.. out by Sonny's bbq..go check them out...and willing to help you...

My recent experience at this store prompted me to write a review . I am not a professional hairdresser, but I am a customer occasionally, in this retail store. For a small store with a bell on the. door, I should not have had to stand at the counter before any of the employees even recognized I had come in, or said hello.Stocking shelves, and chatting with each other seemed to take precedence over greeting customers. I felt like I was interrupting! After a few minutes, I finally had to interrupt the two employees fixing shelves to ask about a thinning shears. I was pointed to a wall, “over there” and neither employee approached me to offer help or recommendations. I should have left, but I picked something out.I had to ask if I could pay. I was asked if I wanted a bag, which was another 15 cents to take my $36 shears home! I declined.I wish the person checking me out would have explained that shears were not returnable. I did not read the back of my receipt at the time. After seeing the same shears at half the price on Amazon I brought them back the next day. Obviously, I would understand the policy, had the item been used. The shears were still attached to their cardboard backing with zip tie still in place. I was told I was not allowed to return or even get a credit for shears. With the current situation, and businesses going under, I can’t see how this store remains in business. They certainly could use a lesson in customer service. I will never go back.

Sabrina was so helpful both on the phone and in person. She was kind, patient and very personable. It was the best customer experience I’ve had in Sally in the 3 years I’ve been going there. What a wonderful employee!
