It seems that they use MMA here for their acrylic sets. I have been soaking off my nails for 30 min and they are gummy and stuck. (Google what mma looks like when taking them off) MMA is illegal to use on the nails and can cause a lot of damage. They really should give me my 120 dollars back… beware if you’re wanting to get acrylics here. The lady who did my nails was nice though…

Today was my first time at Royal Nails. I was pleased to see the shop was busy, and they did accept my walk in.. very clean, everyone was super friendly and kind. Linda did my eyebrow wax, they look amazing! Sara did my pedicure, she did a wonderful job, perfect pressure, and color is neat and clean. I did the Royal pedicure if you are in need of some relaxation this is the pedicure and place for you.. Thank you.. see you real soon.

I have tried this place 3 times now. And have been very disappointed all three times. Why open at 9 and then tell the first person that comes in that they will have to wait 30 minutes? And they are just rude to new customers but very sweet and kind to repeat customers. Bypass this place and go somewhere else. Trust me.

My wife goes here regularly. Best to make an appointment if you are in a hurry. Not criticizing the time it takes. I understand beauty takes time. But, these guys stay busy. Prices are better than many places around the area. Stephen, the owner/manager is a good guy. Call and ask him for an Appointment.

I went to get a pedicure February 23rd the lady name Ana did my pedicure I believed she cut my cuticle and I had pain when she sprayed alcohol. The other lady put acrylic over cuticle instead of my nail. I can’t recall the other lady name. My toenail started hurting first after 2 days later. My big toe is swollen now with pain it’s been a week now. Something isn’t right. I hope my toenail didn’t get infected. I need to speak to a manager about this. I need the manager to inspect this place. I paid $50 for the pedicure. I don’t think I will be returning here for pedicures anymore. This use to be my favorite place sadly. I hope they clean the foot soakers well. Someone need to inspect this place. Now I have to go see a doctor. I think I got toenail fungus from this place. I don’t think this place is clean this place needs to be inspected. I been here several times. I noticed my last two pedicures. I started seeing my toenails change color. Don’t go here for pedicures y’all they’re not clean. It’s ashamed that another nail salon say that your nails are uneven and they were uneven/ I paid $50 for gel. I went to another nail salon to get them fix. I want be coming back. There more into conversations than focusing on your nails. Please don’t come here it’s a waist of time and money. The last picture on the right is where I fixed my nails at another nail salon Royale nails in Gainesville. It’s difference in the shape and size. Royale nails in Gainesville always get 5.0 stars from me they take there time and focus on my nails and they make my nails nice and neat better than the one in flowery branch winder hwy. I wish I can give this place 0 stars. I’m disappointed this use to be my favorite nail salon .

I am beyond happy with the nails and my PEDI I came out with. The salon is alway comfortable, and the techs are friendly and do fantastic work. I had a great experience getting my nails done at Royal Nails & Spa They exceeded my expectations! it was the best experience I’ve ever had.

SNS nails popped off after one night, and when I went back to get a refund, which is not unreasonable of a request considering they popped off one night, I was told NO.I was offered nothing more than a redo, which I have ZERO confidence in a redo.Terrible 'let's make this right' service.
