I love this Publix but if you see a small half bald headed man named Christian who stocks the shelves ( not in a traditional Publix uniform) go the other way. He has major anger issues and does not represent Publix in a good way. I had a very bad interaction with him before and tonight I watched him shaking a shelf in the front of the store to where all of the taco shell boxes fell onto the floor and he then kicked the boxes and the went flying. I asked another employee about him and the employee told him he has anger issues and he recently watched him punch the freezer doors. I complained about this employee before and after seeing him and his anger tonight I’m shocked . Why is Publix allowing this man to still work there? He should be fired.

Emma the cashier with blonde hair was super nice and friendly! She made really good conversation with me and even helped me with the online cupons on the Publix app. I am a regular customer at this location and I see her a lot and everytime I see her she is always super kind. I also love Jadon, he is chill and friendly! The both of them always make me feel welcome at Publix. Overall I really enjoy shopping at this location and the employees make it even better.

We had a work meeting this evening and I needed subs for the meeting.. I was going to place a mobile order but I tried that too late so I had to physically come to the store at like 5:10pm to order 7 subs from the sub counter. The two employees who were behind the counter were so friendly and helpful didn’t once grumble bc I was ordering so many sandwiches. The female employee that did the majority of my subs was phenomenal she had conversation with me and was so kind! The young man that helped us was also super friendly (he had to go on his break so he actually did my two most complicated subs prior to his break) overall it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come back to this public specifically for sandwiches bc I was so pleased with the customer service I received. Thank you so much you two! I hope y’all have a great rest of the day!

I had interaction with several associates. The bakery was excellent! All others that I interacted with had attitude's , it was evident they did not really want to be there. This is SO NOT Publix! Every other Publix I have gone to has got amazing customer service with a great attitude. This store is awful I have been in this one before and had the same problem. I don't normally go here but it was on my way home.
