Got out of the er. Got there at 5:30. Guy said hang around and we will get it ready. We shopped Did not understand he wanted us to stay right there. Went to the window and the lady was RUDE. So was the guy. He said it’s 6:04. Ok 4 mins over. Publix made $ off of us for shopping and they are rude about 4 minutes. Got the medicine but got attitude with it.

The WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Your Doc sent in a prescription? Don't worry, they won't fill it if they think you don't need it. Checking to see if they have a medication in stock? A very rude tech will tell you 'no' without checking. If you call her out on that, she'll say, "I don't need to, I just gave the last of it to another customer." (Total lie.) Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else. Their corporate office doesn't care about these issues either.

Called pharmacy to have a scrip transfered over. Gave all my information said they had the medication in stock and would get started on it. Two hours later called to check status on it just to find out that they lost the paper that they wrote my information on..including my phone number. My question is why wasn't this entered in their computer at the time I was giving my information? Needless to say this reminded me why I left publix and went right over to walgreens years ago. Walgreens have been nothing but nice and professional.

I gave 2 Star‘s because I love Publix as a whole. This is the first time I have ever been in a Publix where I felt unwanted. I pride myself in shopping here because of the phenomenal service I have gotten from Georgia to Florida. While I was here, I waited patiently in line to order one of my favorite sandwiches. After I waited, two gentlemen behind me will call ahead of me. I said excuse me a few times to whereas the other employees looked around and they even noticing what happened. The people in line around me noticed as well and it was embarrassing. Both parties ignored. I have never had that happen, and I walked out immediately and went to another supermarket up the road where I Got the service that I’m used To.

I ordered a cake from Publix a hummingbird cake for Thanksgiving day when we go to cut the cake it was a yellow cake. I called Publix the next day and I spoke with Brooke who is the Bakery manager can you believe she offered no apology and said that it’s yellow because most of the customers order that is NOT a Hummingbird Cake. Then she proceeded to tell me to bring back half the cake and she will refund me half the money WHAT the half cake is still here. What did she think 10 people were going to eat on Thanksgiving Day the frosting?

Last Tuesday I was scrambling all over town for Tamiflu for my sick husband. With only 15 minutes before they closed, the sweetest man rushed and filled this for me with a smile! I’m done with CVS and Walgreens… Publix pharmacy holds themselves to a higher standard and deserves our business!

This is my favorite pharmacy only because of the people that work there. They are always so professional, helpful, and work so incredibly hard. I would like to especially give my appreciation to the main pharmacist, Tracy Lipscomb, - he is the best!!!

I ordered a birthday cake from this Publix. It was scheduled for the following day after 3PM. When I arrived, the cake was ready. The baker pulled the box from the shelf and handed it to me. Through the clear portion of the box, I could see bugs crawling on the cake. Small, appeared to be gnats. The baker took the cake to the back, then returned it to me saying the bugs flew away as she opened the box so it was good now. Seriously?! It had bugs on it! It would take another day to replace it (a day after the birthday party) and no discount, apology, nothing!! Use this bakery at your own risk. I'll never be back.

Publix Pharmacy has been there for me when the CVS Pharmacy hasn't, I can remember just getting out of the hospital from major surgery and CVS Pharmacy couldn't fill my prescriptions so we went across street to the Publix Pharmacy and they not only filled my prescriptions but it was cheaper as well. The service is great, the staff is awesome so I do recommend Publix Pharmacy.

There is no comparison honestly! I switched from CVS after years and years of inventory issues for one of my maintenence meds and OMG the difference is night and day and has been consistently AMAZING every since I switched! Today, I had 3 Rx sent over due to me being sick, not only are they filling them so fast BUT they asked that I pay online and then call when I get there and they'll bring it out to me so that I don't have to 1. Even stand up cuz I feel horrible and 2.expose others to my germs (although I always mask up). Its nice to have the extra separation between my germs and a large crowds germs!If you're even thinking about switching, just do it and I promise you'll never get anxious about getting your meds again. Kudos Publix and thank you!

This location is large. Parking is easy and the store is clean. Publix is my go to spot for grocery shopping. They also have great food in their deli section. Publix chicken and subs are the best.
