Worst Publix pharmacy!!!! Every time I get a prescription filled I have to argue with them to apply the coupon I have on file with the company that makes the medication. I’m done with this location. Just close the pharmacy because the people working in it are rude, incompetent and very unprofessional.

Gianina was really rude to me from the first momment of contact. After a couple minutes some one else to came help me and she changed her behavior immediately to super friendly when he arrived. I hope she is able to treat others with kindness or atleast professionalism.

11/26/2023 went to pick medication. The handed to me all 4 medications in a bag. The pharmacist didn’t even talk to me. Very unprofessional. I will go to Kroger next time. They are more professional than this place.

Shop here at least once a week since it opened. I walk in today and they are installing self checkout registers. I am so disappointed. One of the main reasons I shop here over Kroger or Walmart is customer service. Interested to see how this affects the store. Publix is more expensive but I have been willing to pay more for customer service. That may change now.

My wife was just in here (9-10-22) and the PHARMACIST (female; name unknown), spoke to my wife in an unprovoked, rude manner. She was so impolite that my wife didn't even think she was talking to her at first, and when after she realized she was, she was so taken back and speechless that, we left and will not have our prescriptions filled here.

Henriette in the floral/produce departments is a f***ing angel, a rockstar, and if I could write a 500-star review for her, I would. Her kindness and customer service is outstanding enough that I'm considering dropping my weekly grocery runs to a nearby competitor's grocery store and shop exclusive in her Publix. :) She reached out to me on NextDoor when I was tearfully looking for suggestions for flowers for a small backyard wedding (long story short: I was diagnosed with cancer last Christmas shortly after becoming engaged in the fall, and wedding plans went topsy-turvy due to treatments and budget!) She made our wedding day more magnificent and memorable than I could ever have imagined by generously offering to take care of tons of the floral details and decorations all on her own.

I start adding other condiments and she putting it on top of the bread. I asked her if it was her 1st day making sandwiches, she asked why. I sai

Excellent customer service. The wait time is short, and they have it done even more quickly than they say they will.

I like the store and the employees are very good. But I have been disappointed at times with the bakery - they change things. I used to love their chocolate muffins - then they changed something in the mix and it does not taste like full chocolate - I get a hint of something, want to say orange, but surely that is incorrect. Had to stop getting the muffins and, yes, get them now at Krogers - awesome. But I have been getting the 6 pack of chocolate cookies at the bakery. Well, they have done it again - whatever they did to the muffins - they did to the cookies. So they are off the list too. Just can't understand how you make chocolate - the dark color is there, but the taste is nowhere to be found. Disappointed. And I still have 4 left in the pack - probably throw them away as not Chocolate! Their breakfast bread is fantastic; they just need to put chocolate in their chocolate advertised bakery products.

I love my store#412. Michael Poland is the manager. He has the. EST store ever. We moved here from Indiana 4 years ago and he is our grover, period. And during this pandemic, we have always had what we needed and feel safe there. I am especially proud of PUBLIX donations to aid in feeding America. God Bless

Do not and I repeat do not come to this Publix they are a classic "bait and switch" type of location it's very unfortunate. The Publix on spout Springs by exit 12 is phenomenal, the Publix in Oakwood is phenomenal. I literally was there to pick up a few groceries and walked by "buy one get one free" Reese's peanut butter cups. so I grabbed a bag when I went to cash out it ring up regular price. Of course the cashier wants to argue with me and say it's not the exact one in the sale. So I sided with her and went back and to be a smart a** grab the three other ones they had to see which one would ring up as buy one get one. None of them rang up buy one get one. Of course I showed her the picture of the sale sticker and there's nothing she could do so she called the manager over who looked like she was 21 years old and she could not do anything either so I told him to keep the candy. This is the only location I've ever had problems with luckily I live exactly in between the other location of exit 12.
