Brandon is the reason I will not give up on Publix Pharmacy, because after talking to him about my negative situation involving a supply issue with Lexapro, he guaranteed that a solution will be found to rectify what happened.If anyone in this company deserves recognition, it is him.Brandon is intuitive and intelligent, compassionate, and above all else - he listened. I genuinely felt appreciative and grateful for him calling me, especially with the turn around from message submission to call; that shows initiative!I think Publix would gain a lot from him if they acted on the same code of conduct and honor he does!

Multiple issues with us pharmacy!!! Poor customer service and staff are not trained o. How to do their job. I keep going back cause it’s close to my house, but I think I’ll be moving scripts elsewhere.

The lady at the pharmacy with short blonde hair is just rude. You are working at a job where where you need help people cause they are sick! If your not happy there get a different job. It’s been multiple occasions where I have gone. And she is just not the nicest person. Even on the phone you are rude. I will be changing pharmacies.

Publix Pharmacy is very and very ( rude ) people they don't know talk the people and don't know is too many pharmacy at the area after 11 year with Publix Pharmacy is time to move on to Walgreen cross the street I not need to go through more disrespectful people there are many options to many pharmacy the with can used

Ordered specialty cake for important birthday. Arrived and most of the topping was missing. No one called me and I was in a huge hurry to pick up and travel to the event and get ready. Bakery was missing the white chocolate bars needed for the decoration and didn’t bother to call me to see how to improvise and left the cake bare and looking ridiculous. Josh, the store manager, came to the rescue in the absence of any cake decorators being back from lunch. He was personally in the bakery trying to come up with another option and comped the cake due to mishap and so much time to try to correct. Jos was amazingly friendly and as helpful as he could be in that situation. Publix, thanks for hiring people like Josh! George Jenkins would be proud!!

Order a sandwich online for pick up at 12:10 still not ready at 12:20. Why take online orders if your not going to have them ready on time. I have 30 mins for lunch and now a third of it is spent waiting on your staff. Get better!!!

they got wrong Bogo tags everywhere. the cashier literally had us going to grab the tag off the shelves to show her and then she would point out. it's the wrong oz blahs blahs blahs. then she would look in the public newspaper to look for the discount. ugh. it was so annoying. make sure your employees are doing their jobs and putting the tags in the right areas.
