Nicholas is a great guy and he’s honest the only thing I did not like when I showed up my vehicle is in bad shape and I didn’t have the funds for a while to fix it so there’s a lot of damage there was nobody there when I showed up, which is OK I walked in. You know I waited. There was an older lady who worked there I’m guessing is his wife and while I speaking to Nicolas about what I needed. His wife had come into the shop from the outside and she saw my truck and she was smirking and smiling at my vehicle because of the condition it was in first of all if you’re going to own a vehicle repair shop you shouldn’t be judging someone based on how the vehicle looks. I have it at the shop to be prepared and fixed not everybody has $10,000 to fix their cars or to afford great insurance and Nick was just pushing me off. He didn’t want to do the quotes for the work which would only take about five minutes of his time because it was about 10 minutes before they were closing. Those are only my key takeaways on that interaction. I will not be bringing any other vehicles to the shop nor would I suggest anybody else to the shop just based on you’ll be judged on how your vehicle looks from a disrespectful old lady and two if it’s near the end of the day, you’re not gonna get the quality of service you’re you’re gonna want or need in that time. even if it’s just a quote

I needed a side mirror on my Honda CRV. Was referred by my neighbor, who has regularly used Nichols with great satisfaction. Actually got two other estimates prior to going to Nichols. Not only was Nichols less expensive, but they got the part and installed it in less than a week! It's so dangerous to drive w/o a side mirror and Nichols fixed me up just right. Had a few scratches and minor dents on the same door - they buffed the scratches and fixed the door and didn't charge me extra! I will refer anyone to them for any body repair!

They did an awsome job fixing my work van. Also did a great job of handling the at fault insurance company for me. I highly recommend this company if you need any auto body work done

Nichols staff repaired a bumper cover, tail light, and deck lid repair on my Honda Civic. I waited for 2 1/2 months to get Nichols body and paint work. Communications were poor within the business when asked about additional work to be performed when car was in the shop with staff stating the best time to get this evaluated was when car was turned in for work in December. When I turned my car in Bill indicated that additional work would not be performed at this time that I would need to bring vehicle back. When I attempted to clarify as to why this was not better communicated with me so I could have received a complete job the older lady stated that the insurance company would not have understood why I needed the rental car for longer than the estimated/insurance repair. I've always been told if someone shows you who they are believe them. When I picked the vehicle up today there are two areas pointed out to the Bill and the shop owner/manager who indicated that this was not damage caused from the accident. When I explained to Bill and the owner/manager that these areas were not like this before the accident they were dumbfounded. When I was recapping the conversation with owner/manager he became very short in tone and speach. I was explaining the situation to the older lady as I paid my deductible and the owner/manager walked through asking in a deliberate tone "whats the problem now". I did not expect this treatment or attitude from this well used local shop when pointing out poor work quality. Unfortunately, do not depend on Nichols Body Shop to be an advocate for the customer but expect excuses as to why their performance was poor. If you are expecting anything that resembles customer service I recommend staying away from Nichols Body Shop.

It's easy to give Nichols Body Shop a 5 Star rating! They worked diligently with the insurance company to make sure they understood and approved the work that needed to be done. Then their paint expert perfectly matched the red metallic paint on my Ford Edge.The entire team at Nichols is so pleasant to work with. DO NOT let anyone else fix your car. This is simply the best body shop!

I first found out about this business through their sponsorship of the Atlanta Braves. When it came the unfortunate time that I needed collision repair, I called them to see if they could help. I was blown away at the kindness and professionalism of Nick and Laura. They took a lot of stress off my plate by contacting the wrecker & insurance companies on my behalf. They kept me updated how things were progressing and gave honest, clear, insightful advice. I would definitely recommend you check them out first if you want to be in good hands for your next repair.

Was hit by a school bus! I honestly can’t say enough great things about this body shop. Got me right! Their whole staff is wonderful and will answer any questions you have! If you really want somewhere that’s going to fight for what is right with the insurance company this is the place for you. These are very honest folks and also let me add. I left my debit card in the car in the cupholder by mistake and it wasn’t stolen. Just a side note, but seriously these are very honest, trustworthy people at this shop, and I would recommend them to anyone. Above 5 stars! Thanks again from Monique.

This place is great. Very friendly. I felt comfortable immediately. Bill worked with me to get my insurance claim going with out hesitation. He kept me updated. Was a bit of wait time to be able to drop car off due to it being an insurance claim but well worth it. Can't tell where the new paint and old paint meet. Exceptional. Thanks again yall!

I absolutely loved this place! The staff members were very thorough with the details, dates, and pricing and were very pleasant overall. It's not about the quality of work but Bill has been very unprofessional had 3 cars done there and the work is good but the way he treated my brother we won't be back as long as he is there when you say you never raised the hood and replaced a headlight, nose fender, really then when called out asked how many miles you have on it, 46,000, then preceded to open his door you have a tear in your seat. ? The hood strut was fine when it came in and he went through all this saying he is not responsible? he sent a e-mail to State farm saying they had to prop the hood up and it almost hit a worker in the head? He said he didn't raise the hood? ? the strut is less than $40.
