Martin made buying our new mattress smooth and easy. He was very knowledgeable, relatable, and patient with my wife and I. Would definitely recommend anyone to buy their new mattress from here. After our experience, we won’t go anywhere else.
2 years later we are back to purchase another mattress for our new home, and did not think twice about where to go! The staff here is always top notch. The entire experience was fantastic! From the moment we walked into the store, Irving was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our sleep preferences and recommended mattresses that would align with the both of us. The purchase process was again smooth and efficient.

I always have the best experience when purchasing a mattress at this location. Ignacio Brown really knows his mattresses, seriously!! This is the second mattress I have purchased from him and he always makes the process seamless and easy. It’s like eating a piece of cake ? Mattress Firm in Flowery Branch will always be my place to go to purchase a mattress and Ignacio Brown will always be my go to person to help me through the process. He is always respectful, kind, courteous and professional!! You can’t beat the prices either. I’m a customer for life.

Irving was our sales person. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had.
He even moved some beds around so we could accomidate my husband who is handicapped to sample one.
This is huge for people that have handicap family members.
