Another case of being in the wrong hands. They doubled my 6-month premium which I pay up front and I found a better rate somewhere else and left them. I had a balance, from January of 2024 and it's now March of 2024 and they put me in collections without phone call, text, email or any notification.

We are a relatively new customer with your office Matt. So far everything has gone very smooth. We were given good advice and we took it. Insurance cost is through the roof though, as is everything else.

Extremely satisfied with the service, conversation, and competence I received from Dustin today! He saved me from a bind and made the process painless for me. His professionalism mixed with a personal touch eased my concerns and made me feel comfortable to be working with him. Great insurance company. I switched from State-farm. They were terrible. Matt Pruitt from Allstate made our experience pleasant and simple and did for us much more than other companies have.

Our house was hammered by hail. Allstate denied our claim stating that there was no hail damage. Our roofing contractor and the adjuster from Allstate said we needed a new roof due to hail damage. The Allstate adjuster said we would have to fight for a new roof. WARNING: Do NOT insure your house with Allstate...You will NOT be in good hands! Don't expect Matt to return your call. He is always out of the office, in a meeting, on the phone or in the ocean.

Two weeks ago, I was involved in a car accident, and I contacted Allstate for assistance. The process was incredibly efficient, and everything was resolved swiftly. I received a rental car, and my vehicle was promptly towed to the repair shop. This incident marked my first experience with a car accident.

The local office is fine. The corporate website experiences are far from pleasurable. This page for instance. You had to send me an email requesting that I finish my response to your survey. I didn’t finish because there didn’t appear to be any place to enter text with my opinions. Just normal text indicating your desire for me to do so. There was no apparent place or link to do so. I stumbled across the place I’m writing this only because I clicked on it wondering if that was proper. There was no obvious place or reason to click on it. Normally it’s in a different color or there’s an obvious line or box suggesting “this is where you enter your response”.
Many of your pages with links telling me I need to do something or there is important information I need to see don’t accomplish their task. They don’t take me to where I expect to go based on what the link said.
Why can’t I send you one payment for all policies. They all come due on the same day? Or should. I enrolled in the same day. Allstate makes it much more work than it needs to be.
Sometime when you have nothing to do, send your email/paperless communications to a non-employee and see how well they do.
Basically the email communication part of what you guys are provided, is pretty bad.
