“Jordan South. Jordan is the reason I give this store a 10 out of 10. Today, August 22, 2024, I went into this store to print out some documents and send them to the recipient. Despite all the workload that was happening in the store at that time, I mean an aggressive old grandfather who could not figure out his desires, a girl who wanted to return Amazon parcels and did not speak English well, all the time talking about her child crying in the car, a queue that began to accumulate due to the lack of help for Jordan. This employee was extremely calm and very kind to everyone who was in the store. He helped the girl return the Amazon parcels, quickly allowing her to return to her child, helped the grandfather figure out how to print his musical notes, helped me with sending documents to the right address, which I entered incorrectly twice. He was polite and very qualified with maximum dedication and customer focus. I am sincerely grateful for his work and his attitude towards customers. This is what I come and return to UPS for.”

“In this microwave society, we live in, technology, apps, AI, you name it there’s something to be said for good old-fashioned American American service team. This location is the best I’ve ever worked with UPS and FedEx four different start up business ventures. Take long with the first one to realize that UPS was the choice and now settled into an office, I have to tell you at first, it was a price point, especially in new startup businesses, but not only are they cheaper, I can save without hesitation in the 2 to 300 individual packages on a monthly basis in the real estate industry. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve ever had any issue, not so much is, the package being late. I would encourage all business owners out there, as well as people just looking to take advantage of the lowest prices, the best deals, and like I said before, I can’t reiterate it enough by far the best customer service by light years among their competitors FYI, I hardly ever ever post a review or any comments related to any of the services I use across-the-board for running my companies However, sometimes just gotta stop what you’re doing and show respect, admiration, confidence, and more so than anything we appreciation, staff and UPS is a whole has their clients and customers, regardless of their volume. So respectfully respect is due and more importantly specifically I’ve learned overtime that it’s always about “quality over quantity”
