Tired of trying to use this pharmacy. They don’t refill my medication on time (meaning I’ll have a bottle that’s ready for refill-it’s been a whole month) & they say the insurance won’t refill it even when I call the insurance, they’re like yes, it’s been 30 days, we will fill it.There’s times when they haven’t had my medication in & Did NOT call to tell me. So I had to find a pharmacy that did have it in, since it was 2 weeks after my medication was supposed to be there. Even when I’ve asked for auto refill, it never works.It shouldn’t be this hard to get what a doctor prescribed me. I don’t understand the lack of communication.This location isn’t that close to me & with gas prices, I’m going to have to find another pharmacy. Maybe Publix will be better. Idk

After relocating to a different house, this Kroger is now closer than Publix. I will say that this Kroger is very clean, well organized, and has a bigger selection of items then Publix. Pretty happy to be moving my business from P to K!

I have sat on this for a while, but I think it’s only right to share my experience in hopes it helps someone else. I’ll get straight to the point, Joyce is VERY difficult to deal with. She won’t do ANY early refills (even if the doctor calls in and approves the fill), she waits until the day AFTER medication is actually due to fill it, and she is just a pretty cold person overall. She expressed some “concerns” about a medication I was taking yet wouldn’t fill the safer option, which was very confusing to me. If she was truly concerned about me, she wouldn’t refuse to fill medications and compromise my mental health and overall well being. There were numerous occasions a doctor would call in & say it was ok to fill an rx early (due to dosage increase, etc) and she still refused to fill until the actual due date of the last rx. There were also NUMEROUS occasions where a medication was sent in (meaning it was ok to fill) and she would still call my doctor to “confirm”….makes no sense to me. If they send it, it’s ok to fill.Katherine is lovely to deal with. You can tell she truly, truly cares. She will do whatever she can to work with you. Have we had our hiccups? Yes. But she will ALWAYS have your best interest at heart.With all of this being said, I am no longer a patient of this pharmacy. I truly believe they need to realize some of their patients have mental health issues and cannot go without certain medications. In my opinion, it would be a well oiled machine if they just did what the doctor said. But, I do understand some things can “compromise their license” or whatever.All in all, 3/10 recommend this pharmacy.

Purchased a Kroger spiral cut, fully cooked. When tried toi open it, pink bloody looking juice went everywhere. Finally got it drained and put in oven at 12:00 pm today. I thought to myself, "What is this pink liquid?" We finally got it cooked around 4:00. Called and talked to man in, I guess, the meat dept. He just kept arguing how they never have any complaints on their hams , which they get from Smithfield. I told him I had been buying pre-cooked spiral hams for lots of years, and never had one that ran pink liquid. My husband said it had big chunks of bloody matter in the pan and he had to drain it. He suggested I bring it back for a replacement. I advised him we had company coming, so could not do that. Will never buy another ham from Kroger since they come from Smithfield anyway. So, praying we will not get a disease or sickness since we cooked it so long. I hate giving a bad review about anyone, but don't tell me a fully cooked ham is going to run bloody liquid.

The worst customer service ever. For months now I have had an issue everytime I picked up a refill. However, the breaking straw was when my prescription was lost after dropping it off. Never apologized for the issue. Blamed me and questioned if I ever dropped it off. This was for an infection and took over 24 hours to get the issue corrected. Which means I went without. Not happy.

I understand that you are likely short staffed and probably overwhelmed. I waited all day for my daughter prescription, only to be told it was out of stock. It would gave been helpful to be told that earlier. I got no apology and met with“ what do you want me to do attitude”. Disappointed in this pharmacy.

This place used to be our go-to and got the job done no issues whatsoever. The last few times I’ve gone in the last year the woman working in the window has gotten an attitude with any questions I have or her coworkers have. Her annoyed body language and eye rolls for no reason is really off putting . Definitely switching pharmacies as I don’t see what her issue is if we are simply asking a question.

Justin in the pharmacy told my wife her prescription was not ready after 4 days. Then he said " we are under staffed and hiring. why don't you come get a job". When she called to talk to a manager she was put on hold and after 30 minutes of waiting she hung up.

Pharmacy app and store are not in sync with ready times for prescriptions. Store has been about two hours later with ready time, no reasons given, also drive thru is closed for unknown reasons causing unnecessary in person entry into the store.
