I hate that I returned back!!! I was referred by a close friend should have known when she left ALLSTATE. But got a call back from Jason with a deal I couldn't refuse. Now at renewal my rates has gone up terribly and No return call back to go over or explain after I've sent several texts messages and attempts to call leaving messages and still no call back to this day and I have the proof to share. I'm so happy I was able to return to my old carrier saving me $150 less and includes Roadside/Car Rental as well which I didn't have with ALLSTATE. I totally understand life challenges but customer service with communication plays a big part in this business.

Jason is very attentive. He takes care of any issues or changes quickly and always responds to calls or text quickly.

Jason Burchfield has overinflated rates. He does not answer the phone nor return calls. He will not get you the lowest rate. I literally saved over $100/month switching to Progressive today.

I am saddened that my experience here was not like the other experiences listed below. I constantly had to call Jason about issues or concerns and he rarely ever got back to me. The communication was so horrible; that I have now switched to StateFarm and they saved me $48 more than Allstate did. ($169 it’s now down to $121.) If you are in this industry it’s so vital that all customers are happy. I’ve had a very lackluster experience here and I hope that they improve the communication here so customers can have more longevity with Allstate.Best regards,

I love Jason and his team. I switched to Allstate from state farm and I will never go back. If I have any questions I can text Jason and he will get back to be immediately. He is very patient and does not bug you about adding changes to your policy. Before I made the switch, I quoted a few different companies and Jason stood out because he gave me time and space to decided who I wanted to go with. Unlike other companies who were constantly calling or texting trying to get my business.
