Absolutely terrible customer service. Completely ignored by all three of the pharmacy staff while standing at the counter for five minutes. They were literally facing me and each of them saw me walk up to a completely empty counter. Tired of waiting and finally asking for assistance, two continued to pretend that they didn’t hear or see me.

Shopping experience is nice, the employees are all nice and friendly. The quality of produce has dropped dramatically, which is sad. The cost of groceries are already expensive and to sell produce that are almost rotten and still paying full price is ridiculous. I bought a fresh bag or cutie oranges and the same evening they are rotten and disgusting. I try to check everything before buying but this was just gross. I wanted to buy avocado and all of the avocado on stand are moldy and rotten on the inside and nobody is pulling these products off the shelves. Ridiculous and gross.

Great store! I drive out of my way to shop there. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the store manager. Lower prices than the competition. The store is immaculate and makes shopping there a pleasurable experience!Tom M.

great, clean, and well stocked store. have yet to be in the store when there was not a manager and/or assistant manager out on the floor working and accessible. parking is easy and there are no curbs to jump with your cart or a walker, etc. plus: great sales every week. and, soon to be a large Starbucks store right inside the front door! what's not to love?

I just want the owner of this Ingles improvement their employees. I'm new here to this store and I'm sure the employees at this store were discriminating against me. I was standing waiting for help with the deli and the employees just ignored me. So, I am very patient. Finally, she came for help but with a bad services attitudes in her act and voice tone she used at me and not even that one of the employees unprofessional and Unpolited at my son for beginning discovery the store. If my child have done anything wrong I am his mother and I am surely address my own child.But other the store is super clean and nice!

The best pharmacy, honestly. I love all the people that work there. They’re so kind and personable. They’re always able to answer questions I have and they are just so great. I always recommend people switch to them. You can really tell that they truly care ? thank you guys for being so great!

Ingles customer service at this location is subpar. We attempted to return a bottle of wine that was spoiled. Brandon, at customer service, refused to allow us to return. We had a discussion with Brandon about the fact that we paid for the wine, in good faith, that it was good and not spoiled. The wine was so bad, you could smell it! Brandon refused to help us and did not even offer to exchange the wine. We went across the street to Kroger and asked their customer service department how they would have handled the same scenario. Kroger would not issue a refund but would allow a "like for like" exchange. If Ingles had offered this, we would have been happy to accept but they offered NOTHING! We have a spoiled bottle of wine and Ingles has our money. VERY POOR BUSINESS POLICY and CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE are very upset and extremely disappointed. We used to love Ingles but probably would not go back now.

New to Ingles! The selection is great. International food choices also good and more choices than other stores. Meat and vegetables ate great. Items that I've not found before I.e. Cajun food selection is wonderful. Hot sauces wow. Prices are good and customer service tops. American owned!!

I had my first interaction, as a customer, today with this pharmacy. I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the young lady, Emily, that took care of my transaction. She walked up to the window smiling and went out of her way to way be helpful. She was very patient with me as I had several questions. This day and age it is hard to find someone with the kind of professionalism she displayed -especially to be as young as she is. Very impressed.

Great place and cheap for lunch they have a hot bar and the best subs around while in the store you need to try the cafe in all the ingles stores great food and cheap for what you get

The store is very clean with wide aisles. The employees are friendly and helpful, if you can't find something they will walk you to it's location. They have a huge selection to choose from, great bakery items, Boars Head meats and cheeses in the deli, beautiful fruits and vegetables, and a super impressive floral department. We love this store!

Meat selection is outstanding! The best of all the grocery stores, in my opinion. Always good discounts and the butchers are informed and always ready to help. Good gas prices to boot.

It's my new store and I am thrilled. I am still exploring but it appears I can get just about anything I need here and there is a gas station as well. I am a little worried because the parking lot seldom has been full. It is a bit expensive, most people probably go elsewhere but that does make for a much more pleasant shopping experience. Only downside, I just applied for the new store card, which does result in significant savings and I had a buggy full and realized I did not have my card and I am new enough my # is not in the system. No thought to get someone else's card to give me the discounts. I asked the person behind me and they were gracious to share their card, but come on cashier, customer service. You see me again with no card then you can say something. I had a TN driver's license, it is obvious I just moved here.
