Rushed, offered little to no advise. Appointment was set via a call to me because their on-line appointment scheduler allowed me to schedule an appointment at an office that is closed during the off season. Told the scheduler my needs, they were a surprise to Ruth, our agent. Arrived 15 minutes early and before she could give us the quote she was vocally expressing her concerns about being available for her next appointment, an hour and 15 minutes off. We felt like we were a burden to her. I will never use them again.

Paid $375 for our tax documents to be incorrectly filed by “an expert.” My husband called to complain that the amount they told us we would be receiving was off by over $1000 and that we wanted a refund because that was a huge amount to be off by. Was asked why we should receive a refund for this when their own policy is ‘100% Accuracy Guarantee.’ After debate, was told we would get a refund the next week because their employee did indeed mess up our filing. Nothing came so call again and are told oh, the following week we would get it. Now, two weeks later, after multiple calls and voicemails, never got our refund and they are clearly ignoring calls to not give refund. Obviously, will not be back and would not recommend.

The office staff was professional, and the gentlemen that prepared my taxes was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and gave me all the details I needed to know what to expect, and set me up to get communications online, set me up for an appointment next year, and also pointed out other valuable services offered by H&R block. Thank you

To be honest if I could give 0 stars I could. We went to see Ernest for help and he was extremely rude, I’m not sure about anyone else but when you go to a tax prep place it’s for help and he acted like we were idiots for needing his help and was evasive about every question I asked. Do NOT recommend. He also found an emerald loan we apparently took out for almost a grand although we had never been to H&R before and still expected us to pay for it, wouldn’t give us a number or any information to figure out how to resolve this unexplainable loan.

Tom Petty, in Flowery Branch, GA is the best!!! He is truly works magic. My husband & I didn't think that we would receive so much money back. I would NEVER go anywhere else! There's a reason why he's such in high demand. He's thorough, detailed, efficient and has seamless communication every step of the way. He deserves a raise!!!
