In all reality the store did all they could to help. It is the online presence that needs help. The items and orders are completely misleading to what you actually receive. The Home Depot shows pictures and your order confirmation that makes you believe you will receive 3 items. They only ship 2 and tell you that's how it is. Customer service even admitted that the Home Depot is misleading people. I will continue to warn others. Home Depot's online presence gets a -5 stars for not standing behind what they advertise.

Nice, clean store. Employees are actually helpful and positive ! Only reason for not being a 5 star is that this is a "C" store and doesn't have the stocked inventory of the larger stores.

Went in to purchase propane tank. Went to customer service and stated I needed a tank and that I did not have a tank. Tried to pay with gift card. Was told it was invalid and I would need to call customer service line. When I entered the code on the propane tank kiosk, I called cs while I waited. They stated it was not fully scratched off and that the code was valid. When the kiosk opened, it stated to place empty propane tank in door. Went back to customer service to tell them that I was given a code for a refill and that the gift card wasn’t scratched off. I was told that they knew that and they tried all the PIN numbers(didn’t check/ask me which pin I had). They did give me the correct code for the kiosk. I again waited 15 minutes in the rain for the propane door to open. Thankfully it worked the second time. Giving an additional star for a helpful associate who helped me find a light bulb.

This store is one of my least favorite HDs. I have a plumbing business and spend tens of thousands at HD and I had a few things to return, and barissa, is what the receipt says her name was, was just so annoyed and acting like I was just a complete idiot for returning a few things. My phone number did not pull up any account on their computer and later I checked and clear as day my phone number IS listed as my number on my pro account. Bottom line is HOW WEIRD of the clerk....you're processing returns all day, why act like a jerk cause someone is making a return. I'd rather stick with Hamilton mill anyways.

They don't really stick by their price match guarantee. First I tried to call to confirm that they would price match an item on Amazon, but I waited on hold for 5min and nobody answered. Then I used chat and they confirmed that it does. Went to the store and was told they don't price match Amazon. The Home Depot website does explain the process for both online and in-store, but it fails to say they don't price match Amazon. The website says "How the Low Price Guarantee works for in-store pre-purchases: If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. (This may involve the associate contacting the competitor)." which doesn't explain why I my price match was denied. So, just a heads up even if you do your due diligence they might refuse to process your order. Maybe this varies from store to store and your luck will be different.
