Michael provided excellent service in transporting my mother to a family event. He went out of his way to ensure my mother's safety during the entire trip. He displayed care and concern during the reservation process. He is a true professional and we will use him again. I highly recommend HKP services.

HKP Non Emergency Medical Transportation is tops in professionalism, kindness, consideration and communication. Michael calmly and efficiently accommodated an unforeseen delay while providing consistent updates throughout a long afternoon waiting for the hospital to complete the discharge process for my mother. He safely and courteously saw that she was returned to her home when we were unable to transport her ourselves. I highly recommend HKP and will not hesitate to call them again, should there be a future need for their services. This is by far the best medical transportation in the area. The service is excellent the prices are reasonable. They care about their clients. . I highly recommend this service. You are not going to find a better one.

HKP provided transportation for me from Northside Hospital to my home last week. Michael is the consummate professional. When I was researching transportation services, he followed up with me to ensure I secured a reliable service and that extra step assured me of his reliability. I had to reschedule my transportation date and time and he accommodated my needs without issue. I definitely recommend his service.

This was our first time using a non emergency transport company and am grateful to have found such good service to help transport an elderly parent. Michael was prompt, courteous and provided a high level of service door to door, took time to show how the transport would work with all of its safety features. I brought my parents up to Georgia to escape Hurricane Irma. My father is not ambulatory and I needed to take him to be checked out. Not only did Michael take us to multiple locations, he waited while my father was in the emergency room. Our trip took almost 4 hours, and Michael was patient and kind. He even listened to my mother talk about her life for... I'm sure it seemed like hours.

We needed non medical transportation on short notice due to our own car breaking-down, and Mike with HKP Non Emergency Medical Transportation came through for us. He was kind, professional, welcoming and made sure the passengers were okay consistently throughout the journey. He also waited for us until the event was over to bring us back home, despite the long hours. This was the best non-medical transport experience so far! We will be using this company again without a doubt! Thank you, Mike!
