Bad customer service, the receptionist was real kind and friendly, although the person who actually cut my hair was the opposite kind of person and didn't really cared how she left my face and clothes after the cut, she just used her hair dryer and pointed out to me. Not recommended.

The stylist cared about making my daughter's hair experience great. She did it exactly how she wanted it trimmed. She asked questions to find out details and made great suggestions on how to treat her hair. We'll be back.

Had a bit of a hair emergency. My salon was closed for the day, and I didn’t need much work on my hair. A few rubber bands popped out of my hair from sleeping on one side. I had the bubble braid hairstyle done. So all I needed was one side. I even told them I brought bigger rubber bands with me. There was 3 women in this establishment, 2 were sitting down in the back, while one woman was sweeping. The older lady sitting down interrupted the nice girl sweeping, before politely telling me she couldn’t, and says “first of all I wouldn’t even know what to do with your hair, (I have pretty thick hair) and you have 6 people in front of you.” Meanwhile, there was no one in there. Lol I see why. Kindness definitely goes a long way. There is a right way to say no to someone. Not with a nasty attitude. Change your attitude and maybe you will have 6 or more people coming in to see you.
