Pricing is deceptive. Went for a neck trim and they tell you it's 10 dollars. Then they just trim around your ears and tell you if you want an actual neck trim it's 20. Why say it's 10 if you aren't going to do the neck trim? Also it hurt a lot similar to what other reviews were saying. I'd go to KJ salon next door they look like a legitimate establishment.

The most painful haircut I very ever had. I have very thick curly hair. The lady was doing a dry combout before the cut.. I told her it would be easier if she wet the hair.she told me that since it was so curly she had to do it dry. Never had anyone say that before. Was always wet cut. She seemed racist. I felt like she did it on purpose. I felt every tangle being ripped out. Then when the haircut was over she was gonna leave the hair all frizzy on my head only then did I get my hair wet. I won't be going back!!!!! Not a good experience!

Legit, the worst. My son is in tears. He asked for 1 inch at most for a trim. She continued to chop his style out. Cut freely with scissors. When he said to stop cutting she said “I need to even it out”. He repeated himself, until I got up and said, it’s too short. He was in the chair 8 minutes. This was the worse haircut I have ever seen. Clearly the salon isn’t hiring professionals. Don’t go there - my son and I beg you. This is a reflection of the management and corporation hiring inexperienced “stylists” who lack the creativity mixed with the technical skills to trim a hair cut. I’m disappointed in a grown woman for not stopping when asked to stop. Don’t go to this Great Clips - it’s a waste of money and energy!

The worse part about this, is the amount of other comments that reflect what I wrote. The response from the owner isn’t speaking to anything other than to send the information to an email. Clearly, my review is on point - a reflection from management and corporate! This place should be shut down, they are stealing your money by not providing a proper service! Sounds like management doesn’t care if this is fixed! The entire outfit is a scam! Actually stealing your money!

I just got back from an appointment from the Flowery Branch location. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with your employees at this location, but this will be the last. I’ll admit, there was a misunderstanding before my appointment started but it was solved. Because of this or my hairdresser having a bad day I was basically man handled my entire session. Dirty looks the whole time, doing the bare minimum, and slamming her supplies on the desk. There is gently brushing through tangles, and then there’s pulling as hard as you can until my hair breaks.In the past I’ve had hairdresser’s blatantly disregard my wants and today was the last straw. I’m not going to stop being a customer to Great Clips. I will be going to a different location from now on and hope I get treated better. You guys need to reconsider how you’re training the employees at this location or you need to shut it down.

My husband came in for a haircut earlier today and the results are nothing like he had asked for. She didn’t listen to a single thing he said and his hair is now completely botched. It’s completely uneven on the sides and WAYYY shorter than he asked for. He mentioned several different times that she was going shorter than he liked and specifically asked AT THE BEGINNING for her to keep majority of the length. The only way to save this hair cut now is to completely shave his head due to how uneven and short the sides of his head are. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a good haircut.

Stylist scratched my face and held something in her hand that kept hitting me in the head. When she scratched me, and I said oww, she said oh I got your ear. I said no my face is what you scratched. My husband had her once and she was mad that workers had called in and scratched the back of his neck with clippers. She has fake eyelashes that look too big for her eyes....maybe she can't see!?

This was the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. I was supposed to a 5 on the side and cippers on top to get rid of the ends. Instead I get a 5 on the sides with her using the clippers to to take off 2¹/² in on top. Around the ear is terrible one side is higher then the other, the back was not cut even. I suggest you avoid this great clips.
