How are you going to schedule a kid that is brand new and has no idea what he’s doing on the release date for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth? He had to call his manager 7 separate times in 20 minutes to ask how to perform the most basic tasks of a Game Associate. Why was no one with him? He didn’t even know the difference between a Switch V1 and an OLED. It took over 40 minutes to pick up a preorder as the 5th person in line from open. Management failed this kid, today. It’s not a hard job, I’ve been an SGA for the company. Do better, please.

I will have to say I went there on a Saturday , they weren't open when the website said. When I checked the hours on the door which were correct. The lady that was there on Monday , she has awesome custom service.

This GameStop is a joke. Sales associates lie to get sales. WE asked 12x if the game we were preordering was digital they told us yes. Turns out that was a lie. Our system does not support disc. We would not have known about the lie expect we went back in to check a 13th time and a women told us they don't sell digital copies.The store is NEVER open on time and usually is closed. You can hear employees in there messing around thoughON top of alll this they refuse to answer the phone so you have to call 10-20x before they answer then CODY answers and is very rude, sarcastic and honestly he should be fired. I asked if they had copies of a game he said "YEA WE HAVE ENOUGH COPIES FOR Everyone who preordered" I said even if were late picking it up and he said yeaaaaaa. You could hear the eye roll in his voice it was that bad. Gamestop I spent 1k a month here please fix this store and FIRE cody.

Literally 7:10pm the store is not closed yet and the lady shut the gates and locked the door. I saw her behind the counter squat down and is hiding behind the counter. She has blonde hair with a little red to it. I can see her in the monitor screen biting her nails like a weirdo. 01/28/23 she better lose her job because she’s losing sales now because she is lazy. This is ridiculous! I will be back tomorrow!

They didn't have the game I wanted, but found it at another store and shipped it to me in 2 days. Way to go game stop for your highly knowledgeable information and impeccable customer service. Thank you

Picked up a pre-order here without issue. Staff was friendly despite me not showing up till right before closing on a Friday night. I'd definitely shop here again.

I arrived today Sunday at 6:40 pm and the girl slammed me in the face, they do not respect the schedule and she has no attitude to work, she simply ignored me, terrible service.

Wonderful experience. Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the games. Helped us get a few for our kids and a couple pre-orders for Christmas.

Really bad and really rude. Stay away from this one. Not knowledgeable either. They don't know what games are being released and when they are wrong they blame the customer. Last time I buy from this game stop.

Experience today 6.14.22 at 5:30 pm was terrible. The “manager” refused to exchange a product that was sold as a wireless controller but was clearly marked as a wired controller on the controller itself. Truthfully, I bought it at the beginning of April but we didn’t have a need to use it until this weekend. After the obstinance was so arrogantly displayed I contacted customer service and was told the store has the discretion to help me or not help. I went back in and asked again and was told she had called her district manager and the district manager “had the same belief”. I asked to speak with the district manager but was told “she is on a conference call”. You can work with good people at this location and others that won’t try to control your Destiny, but this woman had no intention of helping me.. Happily there is one lady “H” that is great to work with at this location. The Ill-mannered young woman, “managers”, is hopefully not training anyone. First bad review ever given.
