Very large facility with everything you need for a complete workout. There is plenty of equipment, so no waiting around to get through your routine.Open 24/7.Clean lockeroom and showers.Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I loveee this gym! They have such friendly staff (they make you feel like family) and it's never too packed the times I go. Definitely recommend trying it out :)

This Hometown gym is amazing and has everything you need! They might have been here for 25 years with some old school equipment, which we actually like because you can't find this kind of good equipment anywhere around which is why I love this place! Staff is amazing, and very friendly, and always here to answer any questions you have, which is also amazing, and not often found in these new franchise gyms! 100% recommend this place!

Can't say that I would recommend this gym to anyone. only joined because there were no other alternatives nearby. When I called to cancel just four days after my billing cycle, i was told that I would be billed for another month with no prorate. Nice!! posting this to discourage anyone else from making the same mistake.

Best gym in Flowery Branch, Stephanie who is the manger is just amazing. the equipment is always clean, and the staff is so attentive. Overall amazing facility with great prices!

I wouldn't really recommend this gym because for the same price you can go somewhere much nicer. The person at the front desk isn't exactly friendly and loves to chastise. The equipment is also pretty broken down and it seems to always be really really hot in there. A lot of the machines are just really old and awkward. I wish there were more options in the area...

I’ve been a member for almost two years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this gym. The facilities are always clean and the staff is wonderful, especially Stephanie, who is the manager. Its has an easy going, family feeling. It’s 24 hour access allows me to workout anytime my schedule permits.

Best Gym in the Branch! Close, inexpensive and a reasonable selection of equipment and instruction and classes. Steph and Hit are great too!
