I bought a cash car from here back in March 2022 and the guy who sold me the car was nice and he sold it to me for a good price he was nice, respectful and funny I recommend buying a car from here if ur buying a cash car.

I have never received my title I have owned the car for over 6 months every time I call him he gives me the run around. I paid cash for the car so there is no reason that I do not have my title..

My husband and I have bought several cars from Chuck- and now very recently my daughter has bought one from him. He was and is so kind to my family and always gives us the best quality of service. He is kind, yet honest and goes out of his way to put my family in the best, safest car possible. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness over the years. I will continue to purchase cars from him because he goes far and beyond for his customers. I definitely will give him a 5 star review!

I went in today with cash in my pocket for a down payment.I was told before I even test drove the car I found that they would not sell to me.I travel and restore historical homes.My family lives here and I was the owner of A plus glass and mirror on cherry st in commerce for 7 yrs.But because my license had my address in South ga I was turned down flat .I didn't even explain i just walked away I will spend my money else where ...lost a good customer ?

Great! Chuck is the manager and he has many years of experience selling cars and treating people well. He and his team do their best to clean their cars and make them presentable for the new owner. They remove the seats and carpet and clean the entire vehicle. They check for mechanical problems, fix those problems, and pass a better quality vehicle on to the customer. Chuck even wants you to have the cars independently evaluated. They offer easy finance terms, many clean cars to choose from, and apart from the "BUSINESS" of selling cars, a lot of nice people trying to sell cars and make some money. The mechanic "waldo", nickname?, is actually very knowledgeable and talented at fixing cars. He seems to know everything about many different kinds of cars. He also works independently and can be trusted to fix it right, and goes above and beyond to keep you on the road.

Our 17 year old son saved his money for over 2 years to buy his first car. We shopped and researched for over 6 months before we bought his first car at Don's Used Cars on 10/20/2020. We were enjoying spending time together cleaning it, checking fluids and topping them off, replacing the air filter and doing little things like that together. He had the car for about one month but one week of that he didn't drive it because the driver's window fell down into the door. So he only drove the car for about 3 weeks a few miles at a time to and from work until, suddenly and without warning, the engine seized up and left him stranded late at night coming home from work at a busy intersection. At first Don's Used Cars didn't want to offer any assistance or compromises. After days of discussion and negotiations Don's Used Cars offered to buy the car back for $1200 if we towed it back to them. Our mechanic matched the offer and the car was already there so we accepted our mechanic's offer. All in we had about $7,100 invested in this car. That was a loss of $5900 for our son and he only drove the car for 3 weeks. Timeline: * Test drove a few cars and spoke to Chuck at Don's Used Cars * 10/19/2020 Car pre-purchase inspection at Fenski Automotive Center for $75. We also let the car sit in our driveway over cardboard all day to watch for anything that might drip or leak but nothing did. * 10/20/2020 Bought 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Chuck at Don's Used Cars. Out the door was just over $6,000. * 10/21/2020 Replaced brake light switch for $20 after we noticed issues with brake lights and sometimes could not get out of park. * 10/21/2020 Bought 2 new keys at Hyundai because it only came with one. Neither new key worked in the drivers door or ignition. Found out that the key that it came with only worked in the drivers door and ignition also. The new keys worked in the trunk and glove box indicating that locks, for whatever reason, had been previously re-keyed or changed. * 10/30/2020 bought new tag * 11/3/2020 Replaced wipers for $20 and air filter for $20. * 11/7/2020 The drivers window fell down into the door. So the car sat in drive for a week with plastic over window until mobile repair replaced drivers window regulator for $321.64. * 11/15/2020 Replaced battery for $90 that died from sitting for a week and not being driven. * 11/21/2020 Car died at a major intersection. Towed to Sugarhill Automotive for $65 * 11/3/2020 Mechanic notified us the engine was seized and a new engine would be close to $9,000. My own research found that a used engine was around $2000 and not a good option. It was not worth us putting that much money into this car. Therefore, a total loss and a heartbroken son.
