Fun place to shop! Cashed in on some silver and gold jewelry I don't wear any more. Fair pricing for the customer on the gold/silver they buy. Found a SPECTACULAR well priced ring, chipped in a few dollars, and left as a VERY HAPPY CAMPER! Great customer service. THANK YOU! I'll be back!

Please read. Originally I had made this review because of an unfortunate situation that occurred. I want you to see how Shane and his employees took care of an unfortunate situation and showed incredible customer service. A business is defined by the way they treat customers and they do it right. If 10/5 stars were possible it would still not be enough. No one was rude to me even during the problem and the staff at the counter were very polite and nice. Their willingness to make it right speak volumes to their business. I fully support their willingness to make it right and encourage anyone and everyone to shop here. They had a large amount of valuable products at a very reasonable price.Original Posting:“Drove 35min to buy something from them, told them I was coming, and sold it before I got there. Terrible customer service!”Now go see the reply, and see how amazing his customer service was and how well he handled that. This is a genuine business and shows they really do care.

Alexandre was here to pawn a tarantula and they refused. So we went hiking with the boy scouts...an eagle scout. It's a great pawn shop.

Great place, great people, great prices. Shane is a great person, ask for him. If you need to pawn something, this is the place. They definitely will work with you if you are backed up for a payment. Or if want to shop they call cools items from coins, antique, and lots more.

An unsuspecting gem of an establishment.I came here on my hour lunch break to sell 2 firearms and walked out with a firearm I wanted! They had a decent selection that is always being replenished so I felt lucky they had something I was interested in! I was able to get both firearms appraised and go through the paperwork of the new purchase, all within my lunch break. This place was busy on top of it, several people came in looking for silver and jewelry as well. Shane, Tiffany, and Robert were all warm amd welcoming, I felt very comfortable and their prices were fair. I love my new Sig!Thank you for a great experience. (My first time at a pawn shop)
