The item arrived in time as promised but had a minor issue.We contacted Iron Accents, left a message and they got back to us right away promising to resolve our issue. We took a couple of pictures of the issue and forwarded them to IA. They in turn contacted the manufacturer and within a very short time our issue was resolved to our satisfaction. “Janet is a wonderful person & shop keeper. Ii have never had a problem taking my 7 & 10 year old grandchildren in her shop. Maybe if everyone would teach their children/grandchildren to behave properly then there would never be a problem. Don't project onto Janet because of your lack of parenting skills! She actually loves interacting with my grandchildren who are well mannered and polite. I love visiting with her every chance I get.
