I walked into this post office located at 400 Pryor st SW at 445 and the two ladies that were at the front were very rude. I had a few letters to mail off and they made smart remarks and comments about doing so for me. I had some stamped and some certified and they were e not very helpful or willing to help me. They made me feel like I was bothering them because they were about to close. I mail letters off for my business everyday and never had to pay more for a letter being classified as a package when I do this again everyday. I felt they wanted to up charge me cause they were mad they had to do some work before closing. I felt uncomfortable and left and decided to go to another establishment. I will never return here or recommend anyone else cause these women were very nasty, laughing in my face and just making jokes about me needing service like it's not their job they get paid to do.

Slowest post office in Atlanta. 25 minutes in line, one clerk as usual, all to get a money order for $17 dollars. Entire lobby conversation was about the poor device of this place and how everyone hates to come here except when absolutely necessary. Call window opens and the first thing she says is "if you don't have call service get back in line" before even checking the folks who did because she was not trying to do her job.

I have a P.O. BOX at this facility. I came to pick up a package and there's only one clerk. I can hear other workers in the back talking. The clerk has mentioned she is "stressed." I've been in line since 10:55 a.m. to pick up a package. Other workers have walked in and seen that the clerk needed assistance and to no avail. There's currently 9 people in line. The Post Master needs to be made aware of this issue. Customer Service should be a priority at this facility. No one has came to assist the clerk. Although, the clerk has apologized, with due respect there should be more employees that can assist. Not to mention technical issues as well.

I included the tracking history for a "2 day priority"package that I paid $15 for. It still hasn't reached its destinations after 13 days. It's bouncing around from post office to post office in the Atlanta area. They have no clue what they are doing. I will never use USPS for anything again.

My package was shipped on 11/27/20 from Damascus MD branch of post office to Marietta Ga. (tracking #9505511002820332498434) It was expected to be delivered on 11/30/20 but it appears you have lost my package. This package included an item that is priceless, it is the drawing of a deceased pet. The owner of the pet is the recipient of this package and she is devastated that she lost her dog a second time. I am extremely disappointed at the service of USPS. I filed a case on 12/3/20 (#17893732) to have someone look into this. I received a call finally from Linda from Mableton Ga on 12/9/20 stating that she can see my package was scanned on 12/4/20 at the Atalanta distribution facility and it should have arrived at her facility on 12/5/20 and it never did. So that it appears my package was lost and she said there is no one she can contact at the Atlanta branch since the warehouse is very large and there is no one to call. She told me to send a mail to mail recovery for someone to look into (125 Villanova Drive Atlanta GA 30336)....a physical piece of mail! I cannot believe USPS lost my package. The package is approximately the size of 16x20 to 18x24 of two pieces of flat cardboards with the edges taped with black duck tape, how do you lose a package that big? It is not a letter in an envelope, it is a large flat package. Can someone PLEASE look into this and find my package. Currently it is stuck on 12/8/20, stating "your package will arrive later than expected but is still on its way...." and no further information since 12/8/20. It is extremely important this package is found

I came here at about 1:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Just my luck there was a line of 12 other patrons ahead of me and only 2 USPS workers to help which added up to a 25 min wait. Plenty of parking outside. Good location also. Fairly close to the FedEx office too. Came back again in the morning and no line at all. Very helpful staff especially if you got a little one too.

I've been to this location twice in the past 2 days. I've always gone to other locations over this one even though it's closer to me and my designated post office because I've always assumed it's a pain to get to based on the address. I assumed it was downtown and probably paid parking, etc. When I discovered that wasn't the case, I stopped in. Both times the employees were friendly and the transaction was painless. I will use this location from now on since it was a positive experience, which NEVER happens at a post office!

Honestly, I've never had such a pleasant experience at a post office. The two ladies working were both super pleasant and helpful! I had my stuff in a flat rate package and the lady helping me informed me that a non flat rate package would be cheaper and went to find me a new box. Definitely will be back here.

I will go back to get her name but I was here Saturday just to ship a package back to California. I had my return label and everything. When you first walk in there was no one at the counter. Then the brown skin woman with the nasty attitude came out she looked extremely irritated and uninterested. She obviously didn't want to be there. She snapped at me and the elderly couple behind me. I asked her simple questions that she couldn't answer. She even sold me a package that had already been used/purchased (by someone else) and still had their name on it (I have pictures) she was very rude and I didn't think she knew at all what she was doing. I will never come back here. She was very unprofessional and difficult to deal with.

For a post office, this one is actually quite pleasant! The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. This is where my mail usually gets stuck, so this location is my "cheers" of post offices. But it's pretty centrally located and easy to get to, so I don't mind much. In the past, I have dreaded going to the post office to the point where I'd put it off for weeks. I genuinely do not mind going to this location. Thanks Pryor St. staff! Y'all rock.

I drove here specifically because of the Yelp reviews. All of the other post offices around me had 1 or 2 stars, LOL. Definitely worth it. The employees here were friendly and nice and that really isn't the case at most post offices. I will definitely be back.

The woman at the front desk was so friendly!!! You don't see that too often when going to a post office. I can't remember her name but she has black hair and was so patient and kind. I appreciate her for answering any questions I had and being so friendly.

This branch is great. Everyone is super helpful and the line, even if it's long, always seems to move pretty quickly. Shon, who works the front desk, despite being very pregnant, was a shining beacon of light in a dark and dreary world.
