“I called Spicers after my car broke down on the side of the road and all my lights started blinking at me. The person over the phone was very polite and helped me get a tow truck out that took my car straight to them. The front desk lady, Tabitha, was extremely kind and helped calm me down and reassure me about the situation. (For clarification my car had broken down days before I was supposed to go on a big vacation and I was worried about cost and how to pick it up while I was so far out of town) she let me know that they can hold my car until I get back and they worked on getting me a extremely fair deal to fix my car. Honestly with so many lights coming on and it shutting down like that I really thought this was it for it but now she's running like a dream again thanks to everyone at spicers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new and trustworthy automotive place.”

Just finished helping me return fuses for the correct ones (she showed me the correct ones) then she looked in my car to see if my switch was bad for my brake light we tested it she saw that one brake light was working so that meant that that was not the problem so she checked the bulbs even though I reassured her that I had changed the bulb myself and the bulb fell out she put it in correctly and my car is now fixed and legal she went above and beyond customer service came out into the hot sun help me out I didn't even have to ask she's incredible give her a fat raise”

“Mr. Cox runs a great shop. When the guy who hit me was found liable, Mr. Cox worked with his insurance company to get and install all of the necessary parts/repairs and he did so in a timely manner. He was always available to take my calls and answer questions, and my truck truly looks as good as new. Every other shop I called told me it would be months before they could get me in, Mr. Cox got me in immediately and started on it within a week. I highly recommend”

“We were traveling out of state when our sunroof shattered. We stopped by Advance Collison to hopefully get a solution to continue our trip. Unfortunately, being so exasperated, I didn't get the gentleman's name, but assume he was owner or manager. He explained there was no guaranteed delivery time line to get it repaired. This man was so nice and helpful! He took the frame apart and taped up the entire piece so glass wouldn't go anywhere, and he then put plastic and taped up roof so we could continue to our destination until we could get it fixed. He did this without charging even though we insisted. I don't know what we would have done without his kindness!!! My one regret is that we live too far to give him any future business. Any one debating about using this location should not worry and know what great people they are. Can't say enough good about them!!!”
“Had my alignment done here recently after encountering a pothole from hell on Hixson Pike. Dropped my car off and they had it finished early in the afternoon. They also tightened up my control arm that I had replaced and got it set in better for me at a very reasonable rate.Would definitely go again for quick repairs and maintenance.”

Folks, you never know how your life could change at any moment even if you think you're somewhat prepared. Suddenly reality hits you in the rear end without you expecting it. A few days after this accident, it became evident to me that this vehicle was a total loss. I called Patrick & asked him what his off day schedule was & informed him that I was in desperate need of a vehicle. A few days searching the internet, getting "pre-approvals" for a jic moment I finally arrived at Capital. I just spilled my situation onto his desk along with 4 current open auto loans but Patrick wasn't the least bit concerned about not being able to accommodate me. About an hour into our meeting, he told me that his finance team was ready to go over the details & put me in a 2025 Camry SE with a 5.3% rate. The best pre-approval rate that I had going in was a 9%. I can't begin to explain how comforting this dealership was to me during a desperate or vulnerable state of need. Each & everyone at Capital Toyota deserves a great deal of recognition for realizing a need not just an opportunity to pounce. I want to Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart & I'll be back to Capital soon for another Toyota.”

“Worked with Matt and Tyler for what was almost a year before I ever pulled the trigger to lift my 18 Tacoma. The guys gave me numerous quotes, as I kept changing my mind. I finally installed a 3in lift and replaced the notorious needle bearing. There was a minor hiccup, and Tyler was quick to call offer suggestions and ask my input. Installation was painless. “First off the guy that loaned me tools to get my battery out of my car was great. When I came back to the store with the battery. Another guy helped me carry in from my car. Willie the store GM noticed I cut my finger taking it out. He asked if I had anyone to help me put it in. I told him I did not. He had me text him my address and drove to my home and put it in for me. I noticed he brought new felt and grease. He made sure it was locked in.
You see, I am a 63 year old woman who has foot drop. I fell yesterday and restrained my hamstring. I walk with an orthotic and have to use a cane. It was so was incredibly awesome that Willie volunteered his time and energy in 92 degree heat to help me. I cannot sing his praises enough! God bless you Willie!!!Thank you for your help! You said you like to help people. I believe it from your big generous smile. Also, your actions speak louder than words you act and demonstrate kindness!! Overall great store and staff!!”
“What can I say! Always great service. Yesterday I needed some air conditioning o-rings, I had already bought the kit at O’Reilly and figured that was all they had. I made the mistake of going to two nearby competitors and neither had the o-rings and neither made any effort to solve the problem or find the correct o-rings.
On the way home, I figured what the heck and stopped back at O’Reilly. Man I am glad I did. Brian was determined to help me get my car back on the road. He researched and googled the o-rings until he found the correct size. Unfortunately he did not have them in stock but he directed me to another O’Reilly nearby who did. Then he gave me a print-out to show them. Sure enough they had what I needed. Thanks to Brian, I finished putting my car back together the same day. This is customer service at its finest—which is generally my experience at O’Reilly. Please keep up the good work!”
