Literally walk in and stood at the entrance door for 5 mins with three employees standing to the left of me, they were talking quietly amongst themselves. one looked over but said nothing. No, hi welcome will be with you shortly. I was help short time later but just the greeting was non existent and as a business owner I would want to know the level of service or lack of being provided.

My dad and I came in to this store to get his service hooked up at his new place. When we first came in, we spoke with Iesha. My dad was frustrated with the new policy of having to bring a house deed and drivers license. Not having the deed in hand yet, we went back to the car. After taking with my dad, I asked him if he had anything with his name and new address on it, and he did. We went back in and spoke to Iesha. She jumped through hoops to help my dad and had so much patience with him. Ishea showed us what great customer service truly is. Iesha, thank you for talking care of my dad and for being patient with him ❤

The customer service here is terrible! My elderly mother was shamed and ridicule by her lack of knowledge of technology. When trying to get help and information they told her and I quote “don’t you have someone young that could help you at home ?” . I’m sorry but is that not associates job to help inform customers? On top of that that they were informing people that they were closing at 5:30 pm when indeed the closing hours are 7pm . Very disappointed in the lack of costumer service, seems like I’ll have to go to another location just for proper service!

Experienced terrible customer service here today and I was only returning equipment. I entered the store to find a bunch of people sitting down and the customer service rep that was handling check in was having a full blown conversation with one customer. Which is okay, I work in customer service, some people want a conversation, but there were at least 5 different people/families sitting waiting in the lounge area. I understand this might have to do with staffing - I didn't see any other employees around - but as the front face, you should also know how to move the line. Which brings me to why I'm even leaving a review. I got in line, along with a gentleman behind me. Once the rep noticed us she kept talking to the same customer, and then stated that she was going to "have to go to break" a long with some other words, because there was a line forming - to which the customer and her had a laugh. I would normally brush this off as a joke but then this rep said to me with a nasty attitude for me to be patient and she would help me soon. Again I work in customer service, there is way you say that to waiting customers, and she did not say it in a customer service way. When she did help me, there was no customer service there, just attitude. Which I don't understand as I was just minding my business standing in line with the equipment I needed to return. She made no effort to offer a pleasant experience and even though the interaction was very short, it was not sweet at all. I normally don't leave reviews but I see some other reviews on here that had similar experiences and I hope Xfinity takes time to train their reps to provide a positive experience to all customers, not just ones they perhaps feel a vibe with.

i was instructed to go here because i needed a refund. i get there and there’s no manager and that’s the only person that can process them but was told i can wait and talk to the next associate .
it was myself and another lady ; a lady came out & helped her and i waited, the next worker purposely called the lady that was AFTER me and when i said something he asked me if i could wait until he helped her …
first off the lady at the front should’ve put me and the lady ahead of me on the list ; second for me to be seen waiting and purposely skipped & asked to wait until the person BEHIND me is serviced first is RIDICULOUS .
I guess once the manger left they start doing what they wanna do because i would hope a store isn’t being ran that was on a daily

While I had quite a negative experience with Xfinity’s customer service representatives I had a pretty positive experience in store. While I definitely agree they need to update their hours on the website because that became an issue for me as well that has nothing to do with the store associates.
Shout out to Sarenna though. She took great care of me and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and happy. I also know my dad had a very positive experience with the store manager, unfortunately I never got her name. All the other employers I came in contact with at the store were very friendly. While I will say this company definitely has some wrinkles to iron out they were able to make right the issues I had. You also aren’t going to beat their mobile prices so do with that what you will.

Fix the online hours. I along with 2 other customers, came there at 6 o'clock and the doors were locked. Online it said open until 7pm and outside it said open till 7pm. On the door there was a paper posted with closing at 6. Fix your website. Customers rely on the website. They don't see the paper on the door until they arrive. We drove thirty minutes to get there. You're reps inside didn't bother to acknowledge us or apologize. They totally ignored us. So much for customer service.

Need to update the schedule online which says 7pm, however, drove 35 minutes to get here at 630pm and it’s closed. Come on man

Hours on Google Maps said said they close at 7:00 pm. I drove 25 minutes to return equipment and arrived at 6:03 pm. Someone was right inside the door but they said they closed at 6:00. I told them I just drove 25 minutes and just needed to return some equipment. They just said they were closed and pulled the blinds down. They clearly do not care about the customer. Clearly this is an ongoing problem as evidenced by the other reviews.

Why change your hours on the window on a piece of paper and not change them online? This store closed an entire hour early, laughed at customers locked outside with no explanation as to why they were closing early, and then slid out the backdoor to avoid us. I am absolutely OVER this way of doing business where the customer continues to pay the cost for bad management. Would rate 0 stars if I could. DO BETTER.

This location provided terrible customer service today. We pulled up to this location at 6:18 PM and found a number of customers waiting outside the front door where it appeared the Xfinity workers were closing the store. When I asked the other customers if the store was closed, they stated that a makeshift sign was posted letting customers know the store would be closing at 6. Online it shows this store closes at 7 PM and so does the permanent sign on the door next to the makeshift one. The customers waiting shared that the workers in the store laughed at them while standing outside attempting to gain answers. It was said that one worker said they were short staffed but no other explanations given. I can understand staffing shortages but to blatantly laugh at distressed customers was extremely unprofessional. We too joined the waiting crowd and saw one of the workers exiting through the side door to avoid us customers. I am extremely disappointed in this location’s miscommunication and poor customer service. If hours need to change, please make the necessary adjustments on the website. This will avoid further hurting customers.

Terrible service. Per customer service they close at 7pm however per their home made schedule they close at 6pm. I talked to an agent on the phone and she said they were open until 7pm, arrived at 6:20 and it was closed.

I am here to have Xfinity convince me to keep giving them my business. After sitting in their lobby for an hour, watching two people serviced who came in AFTER me, I will take my business elsewhere. At least ACT like you give a damn. Smdh!
