I was quoted $1,200 for an air condition compressor. I was told that the freon was not low but they drained most all of it out. After driving my car a couple of weeks and not sure when I was going to be able to put the compressor in, I took it back and asked them to put the freon or whatever that liquid is back in the car and was charged $50 to do that. I then went to another repair place and they fixed my car by just putting in a relay and Freon for $90. Obviously I did not need a air condition compressor. My air conditioner works just fine now and thank God I did not waste $1,200. I am totally disappointed in Williams Auto repair.

I highly recommend Williams Auto Services - I’ve taken multiple cars and SUVs to them over the years for everything from major engine work to a pre-buy inspection, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed by their workmanship as well as their customer service. They charge fair prices for good work, and I have yet to be disappointed in taking my and my wife’s cars there.

I had a last minute request to have my truck tires checked balanced and rotated. Not only did they work me in, but were very quick about it. And reasonable on the charge. Nice guys! Will use again. Service a lot better than Southside!

Very honest and competent techs, better than fair pricing, no up-selling and the work was done right. Particularly good with female customers, treating them as though they were wives or sisters.

Great work! My car was having a lot of troubles and finally started skipping and I just knew the engine had failed. I towed it to Williams Auto Service and they had the issues diagnosed within 2 hours-unheard of! They found a broken spark plug and had to use creativity to remove it. Meanwhile they found my breaks needed replacing and my battery too which was causing some strange problem with my steering wheel locking up. They had ALL the parts in stock-unheard of! In addition, I had a full tune up, air in the tires and an oil change. They did all the work in a day and had me out the door before 5 a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this business.

I've been using Williams for over 15 years! My nieces came to visit and had problems with their car on the way home. It was towed to WAS, and they checked it out to reveal bad gas. No charge to the customer! This is rare and so appreciated by us and college students! It truly is the small things that keep people coming back, but integrity is not always common. Greg and his staff has been nothing less than professional and honest each time I've requested their service.
