On two different encounters, sales associates were rude when I tried to return something. More customer service training is definitely needed. Will not be patronizing this location again.

I really liked ordering online and pick up at the store BUT if it takes just as long as waiting in line outside,what's the point? I thought the point in ordering online and receiving an email was it'll be quicker. hmmm
