They have 1 teller in the front and 1 at drive-thru. Waiting 20mins in line with teller waiting for a simple cash deposit. 5 people waiting behind, terrible service. Hiring more people, pay better, do better...your employees are not happy.

This branch is by far THE WORST in terms of customer service. Rude and unprofessional. I just may leave this bank after nearly 20 years because of this branch. Go else where that they will appreciate your business.

The customer service is absolutely horrible at this branch. If you're looking for a pleasurable banking experience, look elsewhere.

If you can go after lunch time and not on a Friday thru drive thru, then your wait is about 10 minutes! Otherwise, bring a cup of coffee and plan to wait...relax..make use of your longer wait.. .

My sister & I scheduled an appointment to open up an Estate Account after probating my Mom’s Will. When I scheduled the appointment, their main concern was to confirm the time. We were never told about all the required items that we would need. We had the completed probate papers, but we didn’t have the EIN #. We only found that out after we sat down for the appointment. We had to leave to apply for the EIN & it only got worse from there. Both the Customer Service Manager & the Branch Mgr were completely non-customer friendly & unhelpful to me & my sister during this experience. We rescheduled the appointment to an hour later & we called to let them know that it took longer to apply for the EIN number than expected & we were 15 minutes late for the rescheduled appointment. They didn’t even try to empathize with our situation & we continued to tell them if they had told us we needed an EIN number to begin with, we wouldn’t have had to reschedule the appointment. Both the Manager, Ms Dixon, & the Branch Manager stood at the front door of the bank & acted like we were criminals because we were just trying to finish our transaction. They never suggested another time for a later appointment. They just stood @ the front door with no expression continually saying .. “Unfortunately....My Mom has had an account @ Wells Fargo for over 30 years before her passing. My sister & her husband have had one there for over 20 years. I said to them, “this is how you treat your customers”. I will be closing my accounts with Wells Fargo shortly. The only reason I had continued to do business with them is because of my Mom. I would never have treated a customer ( new or a seasoned account holder) the way my sister & I were treated. I’ll be sending this info up the food chain so that those who have REAL power know what’s going on @ the branch level.

I had a wonderful experience when I visited this branch recently. The teller that was handling my transaction was very polite and knowledgeable about her job. I wanted a cashier but I would have to pay $10 because of the type of account I have. She looked at the amount of the check and asked if it had to be a cashiers check and then went on to tell me I could get a money order which would be $5 dollars and she could put the person's name on it just as the cashiers check. I said sure who wouldn’t want to save some extra bucks. I will definitely be going back to this location and look forward to having Rochelle assist me again. This is by far the best experience i have had with banking in a long time. Its the little things when people go above and beyond to help that i really appreciate. We need more polite and helpful tellers like Her.

Everyone beware of a teller name Angel. She's one of the branch managers that's argumentative, rude, disrespectful and like to confuse you concerning making deposits. All kinds of red flags was going off, concerning her behavior. Not everyone that works for this company is honest. In other words watch your money.
